Yea, already ive read theories about that scenario. If they do that, they are waaaaaay beyond psycho and unnormal, definatelly for some sanitarium shit..
If Adar is actually Celeborn they have really outdone themselves for how bad a show can be. The showrunners probably think "haha we are as clever as GOT with twists".
The city walls simply appeared from S1 to S2. Like, spawning on the map. A river that is drained in a few seconds with a rustic barrier that submerged(?), and the course of the river simply disappeared (is there no flood around the dam?). I believe I saw a large bridge being completely ignored by the orc army crossing, correct me if I'm wrong. Producers don't do the minimum amount of research to make things just a little doable. They think: since it's fantasy, I should do any absurdity (like kiss between kinship). And that weird CGI on Adar's face. It appears that his face was printed on the body at the ring scene. This show is definitely made for a dumb audience that Amazon believes its audience to be.
@@Faktor13 Absolute stupidity. They believe that having money and marketing dismisses any sense of competence and expetise on filmaking. They're sleeping over stolen gold (the Lord of the Rings name) as just as Smaug.
@@sha29i So, during a skirmish, when nobody would use a bow, 6 orcs decide to turn all to one particular elf and shower her in arrows. All at the same time? Cool story bro. Totally not stupid.
I just cannot fathom how they are getting the single most important aspects of the Story wrong. What is the point of the one Ring in this show? King Durin is already evil and Saurons essence is now in the 9 as well? Does that mean he survived RotK???? Wtf is this?
The show is going to go like so. Ar Pharazon will marry Miriel, and Miriel will make Elendil her personal general for the wars to come. Sauron, somehow will kill Adar in the end of season 2, take control of his orc army, and destroy the Elves or Eregion completely. He will then get back the 9 rings, and claim a base of operations in Mordor. The Dwarves will flee Khazad Dum. Sauron is going to attack the rest of the Elven Realms, and the Elves will be very hard pressed. Ar Pharazon will then launch a massive force of Numenorians who will join forces with the Elves and the Dwarves against Sauron in a massive Marvel like battle. Elendil will be joined by his son at that moment and fight alongside. Sauron will be defeated, captured and brought back to Numenor, where he will fuck with Ar Pharazons mind, who will start killing the faithfull in Numenor, and launch an attack on Valinor in pursuit of immortal life. Valinor will be invaded, and God will destroy Numenor, by plungng the island into the ocean. Before that happends though, Elendil will have evacuated the faithfull to Middle Earth, to found Arnor and Gondor. Thats about it. Miriel will drown with her kingdom.
They might trade because Celebrimbor could be held as a hostage. But, even then, the elven ring is powerful and Sauron would want them all. I guess he figured he could get it back later.
But not the orcs. He passed the pin in full view of them. The cameras dwelt on the kiss while the romantic music played. Just standard soap opera tactics to get a few more viewers.
Wrong. Fans can accept a film that is good quality, even if not everything is how they would like it. But ROP is just laughably bad in so many different ways.
These videos are always so cringe. Yeah asian elf manage to shoot after getting shot repeatedly. Much like borimer got back up and kept swinging after getting shot repeatedly. Prisoner elf captain went down easy. Probably because he was a prisoner not in great in condition and oh yeah lacked armor.
"Much like borimer" Except the audience cared about Boromir, as JRRT and PJ spent so much time building his character arc, showing why he was noble, good, bad and tragic, all at once. Nobody even knows Asian elf's name, and nobody cares. That's the effect of bad writing.
@alexg3434 The video was making the point that this was illogical, not poor storytelling, which is, I assume, your point. Which hey is fine, I personally cared more when borimir died to your point. That said not every characters death will have the same weight in a story. She did not exactly have a ton of screen time. My point is more logic driven. It is likely that a heavily armored elf would be capable of matching and even surpassing borimirs feat.

I feel the reason Adar knows about Celebrimbor because he is his uncle, he's the lost feanor son.

1 billion dollars.... Yeah were did that go i wonder because it wasn't on this show
an average of 58 million on one episode. Did this look like 58 000 000$ to anyone?
Asian Elf also gets shot from all different directions and angles. How is that even possible?
she even got shot from the Eregion side

Re the elvish prisoner vs the elf archer woman comparison, one is wearing battle armour, the other work camp clothing.
I thought it was a genuinely terrible episode. I turned off the tv when the asian elf made the miracle shot. Had to come back later.

Solid video, accurate review. I don’t know how you said half of that with a straight face though. It was a comedy to watch.
