What are you using for a cable to connect these to your iPhone? Are you using a portable DAC? I am a backer of these headphones. Can’t wait to try them.
I ordered and did not have the color option. after the order a message comes, and informs you that the manufacturer will contact you before the production starts
I have more headphones than my 2 ears need but why not at this price? Great review per usual. Always fun to try something new. You've become my reference for "great value" audio. My H11 Billie 2 is 100% here based on your enthusiastic review.
Funny wearing those up and about. Cool if you wear those outside in Ukraine. Its possible to make these at low prices as material costs hardly reach 20% of the price much lower in iems.
Biden EU Macron goes to Kiev, Kiev is open for business. What you should fear more are those wanting funding but can't deliver by design or incompetence. There already was a previous successful product.
They look made in China.Problematic in case of faults/warranty.Normally buying loudspeakers/headphones one should listen personally, not believing so called reviewers/'specialists'.
It is amazing how people having the war still producing beautiful things. ❤
do you think the Verum 2 are an upgrade from the Hifiman Edition XS? and if so what are the benefits?
Just one small detail i wish manufacturers can do; start angling the cable inputs forward for added comfort.
Most manufacturers do that ALREADY. 🎧
Excellent review, Im looking forward to purchasing a pair when they actually go into production

I'm wondering the same thing. What kind of mini or portable DAC/amp do you like?
Headphones are sometimes called "cans", but the description is very accurate for this pair.
Very interesting! How's the low end? I have Sundara and wish they had just a little more thump.
Danny Richie has been rightfully hawking the Line in support of the Institutions of Ukraine as well as the Mfg excellent products.
How does something "sound like a $2,000.00 amplifier"?
How do you compare them to Dan Clark Ether 2? Quite a difference in weight (290 g Ether 2 vs 410 g Verum 2), but smaller driver in the Ether 2.
I think, you might put the Verum 1 on your head the other way around.
So any idea where and when rhey'll be available?
Thank you for a great review. How would you compare these to Hifiman Ananda Nano? (if you have heard them?)
Headphone should be as light as possible. On ear would be best, but most of them are not highend sounding enough.
are there any insane big headphones with super wide and deep cushion for big ears?
Sennheiser HD800S.
These are really large. About 2" drivers.
@@MLantier thank you.
Hows the bass? Does it take eq well?
I have the verum 1 phase 2, u have to increase bass settings, i hear verum 2 is more neutral than verum 1 that is warmer in medium.
Great review. How do i choose which colour I want on the Kickstarter page? I cant see an option

Having no access to the first model. I don't get why any comparison between the two headphones is relevant. I ordered the package with the case.

All things being considered, do you think there should be any concern over the fact these are made in Kiev, Ukraine? With the war going on I mean.

Commie China has been attacking us in numerous ways for decades and we buy everything from them. Don’t let America’s latest proxy war stop you 😂
