On the Vewlix cabs, it’s similar to the PC version for input lag, but the graphics are closer to the PS4 version. If you use a King cabinet, those have horrible input lag.
By default, you'll play offline with other cabinets in the arcade. If you scan NESiCA card on the cabinet it gives you the option of also matching with others at different arcades (online).
Been there two weeks ago. I played at the Akihabara Taito too. Awesome.

it has always been like that i think, starting from 2015 that all cab has this usb port
