- Watch as the windmill of Burning Blade Tavern bursts into a roaring blaze. With rising waves of heat. Inspired by the burning windmill in the classic Frankenstein movie.
Part of the Dark Universe world in Universal's new Epic Universe theme park. Grand opening: May 22.
At the end: a look at electrical effects at top of Frankenstein Manor.
Also seen in background is Helios Grand Hotel. The in-park resort.

That effect looks way better than I imagined it would be. Very impressive

I cannot WAIT to experience this! That looks incredible. BTW, at the very beginning I think the arrowhead is pointing to a moving train on the Curse of the Werewolf coaster immediately adjacent to the left side of the windmill. Neat!

OMG!! This fire effect is huge. The park better make sure that there is no gas explosions or any possibility that guest can be set on fire 🔥
The fire effect looks very impressive. The wire effect looks crude and detached from the tower effect.
I don't think it's the final effect, it seems they are just running it through it's mechanical tests before completing the effects programing.
True, I think the actual effect is supposed to look like the electricity flowing towards the center, but instead it looks like it just sparkles away

Soooo come up ito the roller coaster act like your getting a haircut and say like a nice small trim nothing dangerous heres this flame thrower on the paddle wheel blades right over the track
From May to October, it would be even neater and more refreshing if it burst into ice or cold wind. At least they didn't call the restaurant Cocoanut Grove.

I was kind of hoping they'd use a tesla coil or something to get the electricity effects. Missed opportunity if you ask me.
Maybe it wouldn't have given them the exact electricity effect they planned to do, and/or they tried to come up with an electricity effect they could use while it's raining in Orlando
