Oh my God. When you said the tip on holding the pencil higher up and being less precious about ends and stray hairs, you legit changed my life. (especially with curly hair)

I have autism, and have been struggling to draw hair for 3 years, the way you broke it down was so awesome and fun to listen to as well as easy to understand! My adhd died while you were explaining, and thats a good thing!

When your looking at a video you always think it needs to be perfect. But it doesn’t matter if it’s perfect what matters is that you tried you best and succeeded in different ways.

Tip: Even for straight hair, make sure it has a bit of wave to it. Hair is barely ever pin-straight, it always has a bit of curl.

OMG! Thank youuu! Finally, a drawing tutorial on hair I can do using a pen. I'm practicing to sketch using ballpoint pen only, and I am struggling to draw curly hair and evey tutorial I've watched requires smudging charcoal/graphite pencils and then erasing highlights WHICH I can't do using a pen 😂 so this is very timely and helpful!
