      Rocks don't make a wine express minerality. That's all wrong.

    Also the host doesn't seem to know the difference between Rhone and CdR. Very little CdR is cellarable.

    drink me as a young one .. I will taste like jam........ let me age overtime ..... I will change .......and become something so much more .... pleasurable ........... to taste .... if you can wait ....... for me...... to become who am to be ........ you will enjoy me so much .... more ...

    Minerals DO NOT get absorbed or transferred into the grape!!!!!

      Thankyou. I have a question? Why do some say it does transfer to the grapes flavor profile? And if not where does that note in the bouquet originate most likely from? Thankyou. I'm a student Sommelier.
