- The LCBO takes you on journey through the wine styles of Northern Italy. In part three of a three-episode series exploring the wines of Italy, Michael Fagan hosts this journey through Northern Italy, the land of brilliant sparkling wines, rare truffles, and big, bold Barolo. Opening with a gondola ride in the canals of Venice, the tour passes through Veneto to discover the unique styles and varieties of Valpolicella, the home of Amarone, and concludes with the prized nebbiolo wines of magnificent Piedmont.
Please! LCBO! Continue this awesome series with remarkable Michael Fagan!
If they did it today they would probably spoil it- seeing where Canada is headed I wouldn't be surprised if they went to the transgender wine maker from the USA who cultivates weed along with his vines, is vegan and is biodynamic-organic-fruttarian-LGBT-friendly and employs only people whose skin color is from brown up

The host is more knowledgeable about wines and the wine making than James Suckling yet Suckling has become the authority and making millions through his blogging and paid membership.

The space alloted to Piedmont was ridiculously small. Piedmont doesn't have any domestic rival, apart from Tuscany, when it comes to red wines. And considering that this episode was about Northern Italy, and Tuscany was implicitly excluded, there is no justification for this negligence.
You do a video about wines of northern Italy and not one word about Arneis? Go back and start over!
