Do you happen to still have the old pitiless adapter o ring? If so was it in good condition?

The seal was where my adapter was leaking at. I may still have it. I will take a look at it and let you know.

I found the adapter, and I do have the O-Ring seal. It is intact, but has some slight cracking from drying out.

You might wanna look at why the leaking water has an "Rainbow Oil Shine". You may have a petroleum ingress into your well. 😮
