I can tell by the way you pressed start on the SQ-64 that you're getting along with it great. I don't know what it is about sequencers but half the ones I've tried felt like I was getting a lobotomy. The other half have been fun.
Great progression and atmosphere; especially the drum flourishes. Looking forward to hearing more of the T-Rex. Can you swap out the tape? That was always my concern with getting a real tape delay.

Thanks! Yeah I pretty much hate the SQ-64 and there’s really no reason I shouldn’t move my Digitakt over 8 feet to take its place. The Replicator module comes with one extra cassette, but it’s a proprietary thing of course!
Btw just got a replacement for the one in the video. It showed up with some minor damage on the back so SW overnighted me a brand new one. I had bought a demo so will have to see if a brand new one sounds any different. Always nice to get something brand new for a demo price :D

@@thesrabbit I got along with the Digitakt sequencer great; for drums at least. Super capable. Fun. Buttons work fantastic. Love the probability functions!

@@impurfektyup. The SQ-64 has probability and some other unique features that can spark creativity. And it’s responsible for sequencing the main synth voice in “mdk” :)
But there’s something to be said for a product that actually works more than 30 percent of the time like the Digitakt.
