It's so relaxing to watch you in your garden. My garden isn't very big and I get so many ideas from you. Now I want strawberry and orange mint lol.
I found a big cucumber today, yahoo! Ohh that put a smile on my face. I've never had luck with cucumbers. I put them in the greenhouse and woola!

I feel you with the lack of time! I put my all into gardening before June! I only go out to check for okra, peppers, and a couple other things. All of the tomatoes have died because of the heat and not even watermelon is growing fast! I’m going to spend my 4th out getting herbs to dehydrate them. I have a bunch of basil, parsley and I still need to dehydrate some of the garlic! I need to put out fertilizer, too. (I missed out on getting the dill. It’s done, done.)

I grow most of.my herbs for my chickens. Rosemary and basil I use in the kitchen and for the chickens. I make a delicious basil tea. Any flowers I plant, leave in the garden for the pollinators and collect the seeds for the next years garden.

Oooh, Barbara. I need a cutting or two of your different varieties of mint so I can grow me some of that! I take mint fresh from the garden. Wash it off and put it in water in the refrigerator and drink it just like that! It's so refreshing. I also lay it in the sun to dry and then gift it to family who like mint tea. They steep it in a tea ball and drink it with honey. Great video!

Oh my goodness YES. My herbs! I’m terrible at harvesting them. This year I’m so proud of myself because so far I have two pint jars of basil, one jar of oregano and lots more that I only have a small amount so far. Now I’m so proud of you as well as myself 😂❤❤❤

Watering and weeding is the top priority. It's unintentional but when I go out to harvest and see that things need to be watered or weeded and I just jump right in. Sometimes I don't get to the harvest when I need to. I'm kind of a little backwards LOL

I love your attitude and energy ! As a fellow part time gardener that works full time and has other priorities also i understand being pressed for time in the garden... I always tell people 1 or 2 hours in the morning and 1 or 2 in the later afternoon is all you need .. after being away in vacation for a week it looks like a dense jungle out there but by the end of this week I'll be back in control .. I hope

I love Comfrey. It is called “knit one”. He will heal a broken bone or heal a sprained ankle. I have Rheumatoid and I try to grow it everywhere in my garden. Watching from Thonotosassa, Fl

Have you tried Basil Tea? Run over to The Farmer's Table, she has basil tea recipe and an eggplant dip that your overripe eggplant might be good in. Just a thought :-).

Comfrey is also known as bonenit. My dental implants healed in half the normal time with rubbing salve on my jawline, it kept them from falling out after the dentist used a cement that ate away the bone (in a matter of a couple days! ) while I waited for the oral surgeons office to open back up (he was able to save 1 after 2 months because the bone had regrown enough), and then it also helped when I broke my foot. Please share how you make the salves! I had always heard you had to boil it and stuff to keep it from making you itch like it does when you work with the plants barehanded and it just seemed like too much of a hassle.

Those bouquets are gonna be lovely. Do you use eucalyptus in the shower as well?
