My Brand new weight loss journey video talking about how I completed my weight loss journey and how I lost over 250 pounds without weight loss surgery such as Gastric Bypass Surgery or Gastric Sleeve Surgery.
In the video I talk all about what I did to lose over 250 pounds. How I counted calories, the food I ate and how I plan to maintain my current weight.

Awesome video! So glad you lost the weight! and I'm even more glad that you have kept it off! I recently was up to 240 and was having health issues. I am now down to 210 and feeling so much better..Your weight loss journey for sure inspired me..
Weight lifting is great. You feel better/stronger/more confident, and you can reward yourself with a nice thick burger afterward without feeling bad.

I also was avoiding the doctor for years but I finally decided to go a few weeks ago. But havent lost much weight yet. Anyways, long story short, I'm pround that I broke the ice and am able to acknowledge the situation, to face myself. And now, meaning TODAY, you just gave me the push and the confidence to do it. You pop into my thoughts at least once every time I go to the gym because it helps remind me that this is do-able, its possible, and its worth it.
