Stopt smoking for 9 Months, stopt drinking for 4 months, going to start with fitness next week. Only have one body and one mind I need to take care of it.
You should have 1 million subs. Ive been searching for good business youtube vids for the longest and have just now finally found yours. I think I'm going to watch every one. You are super informative
I’m kind of addicted to your channel. Don’t know if it’s a good or bad thing as I find it difficult to do anything else, I get carried away. Content is always informative and insightful.
Watching your videos became one of my habits in the morning and the evening while I'm driving between my home and work(it normally takes 1 hour each). It makes me prepare for the day with new thinking, and wrap up reflecting on what I did for the day. Great contents! Thanks~
To build a new habit you need to force yourself in the beginning to do it. I cancelled my gym membership cause it takes up a lot of time and I found myself making excuses. When I did this I decided that I would do 2 sets of push ups 5 days a week. The first week I had to force myself. The second week it got easier. Now about a year or so later, I could be laying in bed about to get up and think to myself I'm not going to do my push ups today. I don't feel like it. Then I get out of bed and find myself doing push ups, even though a minute or two before I was thinking about not doing them. Now doing push ups when I get up is so in grained that I would have to force myself not to do them. For me it's like breathing I don't think I do.
Very rich content. Thank you, Pat and Valuetainment team. My business is exploding and a lot has to do with me watching 2-3 of these videos every week.
like id have to pay money I don't even have to get some jackass to tell me half of this Lol. your fucking awesome, the tools being so readily available, I and the world am loving it.
Thanks for sharing the video! But there is one thing that’s this storing my mind. I am learning lots of valuable skills right. From learning how to write copy To learning about marketing And coding. As well as other things that ALL BELONG TO EACH OTHER. Right now I’m putting in at least 2 hours in each of the skills so I keep moving all of them towards success. The question I have is if that’s the ultimate way to learn OR is it better to learn one after another ? You would help me a lot by sharing your opinions. Love
Great video, i think you should make a video talking about MEMORY LOSS when multitasking, my friend and I have experienced memory loss while trying to keep up whith bussines. I think it could be a common thing for new entrepreneurs.
Sir you are my Virtual Mentor, I watch your videos everyday at my desk. Thank you for putting together so much knowledge to share it with the world. Regards from San Diego, CA
1st I love you! 2nd I'll write down my bad habits, and every time I won't follow that road, I'll get a reward! I believe, that if I can get rid of my bad habits, I'll have more time, for the good actions!! Thank You Patrick!
To compete at a high level you have to learn to do many things at once, to make a habit have a cue do the habit have a reward, habits trickle down from the top, be consistent, will power can be created and fatigued like a muscle, focus on 3 or fewer habits at a time
Since I started watching valuetainment. I workout 5 times per week. As I have been for the past 3 weeks, and during those workouts I listen to valuetainment. I have also begun the PBD challenge. I watch all the videos from episode one and I make notes on every video. I have been doing this for one month non stop, no breaks.
Hey, Patrick thank you, for this video on multitasking it is awesome and your timing is perfect. I am building a new sales team who will have to rely, on building this skill I will be sharing this with every new salesperson.
Great video Pat I absolutely love your content and have been following you for about 4 months now, and have aggressively went after watching and catching up on all of your material which I'm now finally up to date on from the very beginning to present time. I'm an up and coming business owner and entrepreneur jersey boy in the process of taking over A family business and really can't tell you how much motivation and quality information I get from your videos. Between studying Valuetainment, Gary Vee, and Grant Cardone obsessively over the course of the last year, I feel like I have gotten minimally a bachelor degree in business and marketing. The lessons IV learned from you 3 I feel has trained me for the ACTUAL real world of business, and prepared me with much more valuable and realistic skills and strategy then any student who's graduated from a collegiate level business program without all the excess bullshit. Lastly, I love your READ, book design on your wall behind you, but please Jesus can you fill in the top of the A with like 6-8 more books, it's making my OCD absolutely tweek!! Lol, Love you Pat! Please continue to do what you do, I would absolutely love to meet you one day, you truly are an inspiration to so many!! Dan Pfafman
"The ONE Thing" is a great book that deals with `Multitasking` and the importance of Habits and Willpower in Success ... and not only ..... "Success is an habit"
Hello, how are multitaskers made someone who isn't so much of a leader how did you make a decision to do this, and I get scared to talk to people. I really needed this for confidence. Thank you so much
Bullshit. In the beginning they promise the sky yet the overall content is bullshit doesn’t worth the time spent. That’s one of the shit skills businesspeople use to dodge actual issues and talk shit but they do it so skillfully
It's very important to identify what good habits you want to create. The brain creates new habits to be automatic, so it doesn't think about it anymore, without having to use up energy for small tasks. Bad habits can be replaced by new habits. It takes 90 days to create a new habit. Willpower is a muscle that can be developed. Generally those who build a big empire, they become very good at the fundamentals.
Pat I've Been Wanting To Invest In A Bookshelf Lately And I Really Want To Have The One You Have. Do You Know Anywhere Where I Can Get One Exactly Like Yours. Thank You :)
Cue, habit, reward. Be able to multitask during chaos, and think during calmness. To instill a habit in an organization do it from the top down. Utilize will power on the big important habits you need to use. Reward yourself. Improve your energy levels to have more willpower
Hello Pat, do you recommend a book about habits in general. I have been trying to get more responsability and by that I realize that I waste a LOT of time and am trying improve that:) God bless you
Okay Tai Lopez next you're going to show us all your Ferrari in your garage right, obvious copy cat is obvious. Lol How much is your riches scheme? I didn't watch the video just curious how much snake oil costs these days?.
"...Your brain gets annoyed with you..." That made me laugh. My brain certainly does get annoyed sometimes with me. I will have to look for a good reward system. Thanks Pat.
I know what multiple tasking means. However it's really only possible for us to focus our consecration on one task at a time. Multi tasking is a result of our bio-mechanical mechanism taking over for us as our focus shifts from one task to another. for those that don't know what I'm talking about this is clearly explained in the famous book "Psycho - cybernetics", by Maxwell Multz. You were right when you said It would be my new favorite book. You prescribed it to me and it worked like medicine; although "Out-witting the Devil", by Dale Carnegie tied neck and neck as my favorite thus far. By the way nice triple threat, Michael Bryant said your no good at basketball. I'd love to play you one on one sometime.

Yes true reward is so important can’t forget about that. Btw thanks for service of being teacher

My wife wants to know where you got the "READ" bookshelf in your background from ?
Bullshit. In the beginning they promise the sky yet the overall content is bullshit doesn’t worth the time spent. That’s one of the shit skills businesspeople use to dodge actual issues and talk shit but they do it so skillfully

+Andres Cervantes they don't sell it anywhere. You'll need someone locally to customize one for you. That's what I did.
Love it! Reminds me a lot of last night's class!

This is one of the best videos in learning how to live a successful life instead of just existing.
Glad it brought you value and clarity.
Hello Pat, do you recommend a book about habits in general. I have been trying to get more responsability and by that I realize that I waste a LOT of time and am trying improve that:)

Gud Job !
+priti keshr Thanks.
You should get a copy of that book.
So basically, developping new habits is the same as developping new reflexes.
Another great video, but I also automated myself to laugh at things such as what happened at 5:21
"...Your brain gets annoyed with you..."
That made me laugh. My brain certainly does get annoyed sometimes with me. I will have to look for a good reward system. Thanks Pat.
+Ron Harvey You got it, RH.
