As much as I Marvel at Andy's ability to multiple band members, I love them as a full group
Jenn's voice live is one of the purest amazing sounds. So much talent.
that smile Andy gives to Jenn at the end. wholesome. great song.
I’ve never seen Andy not playing drums with one hand and synths with the other. I’ve always been amazed at the sound they could put out as a two-piece then last time I saw them the had a third helping out now this full band sounds absolutely amazing.
I know right? It's good to see him getting to dedicate both hands to the same task, lol. Anyway I hadn't heard this song before, instant favourite!
Arone Dyer, yes!
For those who like the lyrics:
If it is binding
If it is finding out
Nothing fills the valley in my chest
Only something I knew I'd regret
Or so I figure
And so I find myself
Tugging out the linens on the bed
Leaving no impression where I slept
The truth is always when it's gone, it's gone
And I left you a fortune
And even in the full embrace of love
Is it really just one?
We dream of binding
We dream of finding out
Morning comes and rider rings the hand
As if we are anything but powerless
And so I figure
And here I find myself
Mourning my condition, I can't tell
If it's proof that I am sick or well
But you can't paint a picture of the sun
You can't see it undone
The truth is always when it's gone, it's gone
But I left you a fortune
And even in the full embrace of love
Is it really just one?
thanks for the lyrics!
@@jimbxtrmm you're welcome!
Fantastic lyrics! Thanks for posting
I don't fully understand the lyrics, but that's how poetry is for me always.
Jenn looks like an indie April O' Neil from TMNT.
Jenn & Arone what a combo! 😬💪
wtf I love that bassline
Obsessed with this song!
My favorite version of my favorite song; so many years I thought I didn't have a favorite song, but this one punched me in the face and told me I was wrong
Everything they put out is gold
Jenn you are the absolute best.
so fun to see andy on bass!
That slinky bass line that Andy plays is so insistent. This is a spectacular song.
these folks are cool a lot of playtime on Radio Paradise, Every Day Like The Last. Interesting stuff.
Holy hell... this is amazing! No words...

Love the song but don't think it is live.
I preferred when Wye Oak was less prog and more indie...Baltimore days
