Billy always seemed to luckily spoof the movie that ended up winning. He must have been tipped off, or had a really good sense of how the members think. He's a stand-up comedian so he probably knows how to read an audience and that's my guess. I really wish they'd bring him back. I really think some of the other hosts struggle.

A lot of things have happened over a span of 20 years since the 63rd Annual Academy Awards, but these memories from the previous telecasts need to be preserved for its historical value.
