    1st of all - I love the yellow mug 💛
    "Fight for yourself" and do it for others 🙌 my son has battled severe anxiety and depression since he was very very young. I became a certified yoga instructor & SEL (social & emotional learning) Facilitator in order to get in control of the emotional toll that took on me so that I can be there for him. Exercise really does help, its a sort of emotional release. Thank you for sharing your story and reminding me how important that is.
