This 💯 is what my more mature ladies feel in my small private gym. I know them, their injuries, surgeries, we adapt, we talk, kick menopause in the arse - thanks for all your advice ❤

Great video! Currently reading your book on confidence, bloody good read.
I noticed in this video you mentioned about 50 clients a months at £40ish per week. I was wondering, how much time do you spend per client per month for their £120 fee? Have you already got pre made fitness plans where you tweak and send across, then they simply follow?

Hey mate. I loved the advice it all really clicked and resonated with me. I myself am a BJJ practitioner/athlete which is my main thing and I'm trying to make a lifestyle out of this sport. I was wondering what your approach would be to get private clients in the BJJ space. I've got high-level accomplishments in the sport (world's gold medal at blue belt) but have not been able to convert that to actual clients to make money from it from at least from my online presence. I now have just started to teach one class a week at a gym, and it turns out I'm a good coach. Everyone is able to do the moves right and love the instruction (their words). So I know I've got a good product. I was wondering how you would go about getting private clients in that situation (in person). Or ideas around content that have the potential to convert.

How do you setup automated payments? Say they pay monthly?

May sound like a dumb question but what if you are a qualified PT but still feel under qualified to charge people money. Is there a online test or something you could suffocate your doubts?

Can you provide value to them? Do you think you know anything more than the people you’re trying to help? If you can teach them something and save them the time of looking it up on their own, then you should have no problem charging them money because they will only pay for something if they think it’s a fair trade in value. Remember you only need to be 1 step ahead of someone to lead them. You can’t lead someone you’re 50 steps ahead of

the thing is mate - its not your qualification that determines your salary, its the demand for your services. Build demand, not authority via qualification

My advice is hire your own PT. What does he do that you wouldn't? What do they know that you don't? A 10 week pt course with one of the reputable PTs in town could shape you up and change your life.

probs not (GDPR) but you can use the list to ask them to jump onto yours. It has to be voluntary.
