Also gloves protect the wheel from you. If you sweat on your wheel for a long period of time consistently, the wheel is gonna worn out as well, so you get more grip and protect your gear… it’s a no brainer. Some thinks it’s for LARPING purpose, you can only shrug at it.
Got myself a pair of the new hypergrip ones, with no velcro. Can't even get my hand inside it. Too tight, had to return them. Maybe I'll try a bigger size.
@@driveslow1579 I decided to give it another chance, and thanks to the same day shipping, they arrived right now, just hours after my purchase, and I got a size 11, after returning the size 9. It fits my hand a lot better, is very easy to put on and I can move my hands normally, the size 9 restricted my movement a lot. The veredict is that now i'm very happy with them, and the size chart they have is crap, because I took my measurement before purchase, and had to go 2 sizes bigger to fit properly.
@@AndersonZiller cool, thanks a lot for the insight, glad youre enjoying them. I tried one but the size is too small, cannot wait till i get the bigger size one 🙂
As soon as I saw you struggling to get them on it was a no go for me. I need gloves to be quick and simple to slip on, as I am usually on my simulator for only short spurts of time. I also don't like how they have a padded area where your hand contacts the wheel.. This will result in a loss of feeling from the force feedback.
I got the thrustmaster- ferrari alcantara wheel. Will Sparco mechanics gloves protect the alcantara or it will wear it down? Alcantara racing gloves are way too expensive.
I find these gloves less grippy on leather clad rims. Resulting in using much more pressure trying to hold the rim on bumpy tracks. On suede/alcantara they are great. Oh and yes tight fit for gloves gets a new meaning when fitting these gloves. After a few times you get the routine. But they are very tight.

Underrated. Should have more views

Yea, since making this video, I've gotten tired of struggling to put on the non-velcro ones, and only use them when I'm in endurance.
