Okay so check it: The theory is this - Flies react to speed and do not react to slowness. Like if you try to swat a fly with your hand fast you'll always miss it, but if you move your hand super slow towards the fly, it wont even notice, and youll eventually squish and kill it.
So, the song is about how the world of this girl has corrupter her and changed her, so slowly that she didnt ever notice what she became
