I miss Arsene at the club everyday, I’ve been a fan of Arsenal since 1987, around about 2007 I was constantly arguing with other arsenal fans who were saying Arsene is stupid and doesn’t know what he is doing, I could see he was still competing with the best teams despite having little money to spend due to the stadium, the stadium only got backing from sponsors if Arsene was staying on as manager, I was 14 years old when he arrived at arsenal, kinda strange but I really felt like I’d grown up with him, kinda like a wise old man figure in my life

I feel sorry for Arsene as he brought in so many gems for less than 8million & then when he splashed the cash the players didn't perform to the expected levels. Its hard to fully assess Ozil as he was clearly a classy architect but evidently needed a workhorse esque player to do aid Ozil when he went missing. Xhaka was a frustrating signing at first & Mustafi was maybe the worst signing in our history. Sanchez was a true class act & the swap with Mkhitaryan still hurts my head to this day.. Signing Lacazette & Aubameyang was well played but it was too late & not enough to stop the conceding goals rot.

What a privilege to have had Arsene serve our club for 22 years and for everything he brought to Arsenal and football in general. He optimises class, grace, dedication, passion and loyalty and it's great to finally see the recognition for his service with a statue of Le Professeur at the Emirates. A true legend who gave us supporters many cherished memories and success.

I am so happy Mikel built that bridge to bring our beloved Arsene back to Emirates, back to the Club he made so big! We missed you, Professor. And please stay with us as long as possible. The one who achieved such unbelievable results through harmony, through playing football that was equal to Art!
And well done Mikel who paves the way toward a new season of Invincibles! Yes, I do believe we can achieve that either in 2023/24 or in 2024/24.

What an elegant and classy man, absolute legend. Really unforgivable how some 'fans' treated him him so disgracefully and contributed to drive him out of a club that Arsene put back on the Elite football workl stage with fresh and innovate football. I will always, always look at this man with such fondness for what he did for the club as a whole, he is forever an integral part of Arsenal's history and should get a senior influential position back at the club, Arsene would take it (and deeserves) in a flash !

I started to follow Arsenal because of Overmars, but it was really Mr. Wenger that made me support Arsenal fully, following Arsenal everyday, everyday until now. And, thus, the EPL. His adversary with Ferguson was also the greatest advertisement for the EPL, thus the money and so on. He was not just a football manager, he literally rebuild a club. A legend. Hope we will see more of him in the future.

Absolutely love this man, I think everyone forgets he spent most of his career managing our books, that gave us the platform for today.
I'm convinced he would have cleaned up with a bigger net spend. He worked miracles and took a lot of stick for failings in the boardroom yet remained loyal to the end.

really emtionally, i almost cried when Professor said about the old time, when he face off many difficulties to build the stadium and had to sell out his best player everyyear but keep holding top 4 everyyear. i wish Mr Professor can stay in Arsenal and talk to the Player and encourage them after the match. Love to see that !

I am an overseas supporter. Been supporting Arsenal since 1983. Lucky to be able to visit the Stadium a few times, but only saw one live game. To me, seeing the Stadium built (metaphorically) by Arsene is like a pilgrim to me. Hope that all supporters would be able to visit and watch the game live at least once in their lifetime.
