An Arsenal legend and my hero - no one will ever usurp his position as our greatest ever manager. He should be appointed Chairman of the club and the Stadium called the Arsene Wenger Emirates
Truly the greatest manager in Arsenal history. Apart from winning trophies (3 league titles, 7 FA Cups) he revolutionised English football with his approach to scouting, player diet and training.
100% he changed the game literally and made the club soo much bigger than it was before. Even at the the end of his time with the club I never wanted him out but knew something needed to change. Journalist love to ask him this sort of question, nothing to do with football, but that shows how much we appreciated his view on the world! What a man, and we are grateful that his a gunners!
I miss Arsene at the club everyday, I’ve been a fan of Arsenal since 1987, around about 2007 I was constantly arguing with other arsenal fans who were saying Arsene is stupid and doesn’t know what he is doing, I could see he was still competing with the best teams despite having little money to spend due to the stadium, the stadium only got backing from sponsors if Arsene was staying on as manager, I was 14 years old when he arrived at arsenal, kinda strange but I really felt like I’d grown up with him, kinda like a wise old man figure in my life
I feel sorry for Arsene as he brought in so many gems for less than 8million & then when he splashed the cash the players didn't perform to the expected levels. Its hard to fully assess Ozil as he was clearly a classy architect but evidently needed a workhorse esque player to do aid Ozil when he went missing. Xhaka was a frustrating signing at first & Mustafi was maybe the worst signing in our history. Sanchez was a true class act & the swap with Mkhitaryan still hurts my head to this day.. Signing Lacazette & Aubameyang was well played but it was too late & not enough to stop the conceding goals rot.
One of my idols in life. It was his Arsenal that most of us fell in love with, and I will forever be indebted to him for that. Thank you for everything, legend.
Wenger is still the best tactical and philosophical approach.. could beat any style.. he was a genius.. no other style can beat all styles which means he is the greatest

I got to apologise for ever chanting Arsene out ... the man is an absolute legend one of the best managers ever to grace the premier league - the statue is well deserved
You were right, maybe not the chanting part, but the out part. Who right now, if they know something about football, would change arteta for wenger. Now, on the other hand, people chanting arteta out deserve at least a beating or something painful
A great great manager. I think anyone who watched Arsenal from 1996 to 2006 knew they were watching a entertaining team who played excellent football. Credit to Arsenal for finally acknowledging Arsene Wenger’s impact on the club with a statue.
Mr Wenger if people dont remember you as the architect of the Invincibles, the builder of the Emirates Stadium, the man that progressed English and World football then they should remember you for the GENTLEMAN that you are. Absolute LEGEND that brought many many many smiles to peoples faces. THANK YOU!
@@MonolithintealActually he worked hard for his money just like anyone else who works. Also I’m sure Arsene could’ve worked for teams as huge as Real Madrid or Bayern Munich and earn even more money than he did with Arsenal.

So happy to see him back. The new administration have done well to heal the wounds of his departure and invite him back in an natural, authentic way. I hope we see more of him around the club.

Yes, I do believe we can achieve that either in 2023/24 or in 2024/24.
What an elegant and classy man, absolute legend. Really unforgivable how some 'fans' treated him him so disgracefully and contributed to drive him out of a club that Arsene put back on the Elite football workl stage with fresh and innovate football. I will always, always look at this man with such fondness for what he did for the club as a whole, he is forever an integral part of Arsenal's history and should get a senior influential position back at the club, Arsene would take it (and deeserves) in a flash !
Our Greatest ICON & a master Tactician of beautiful football he set the foundations & bought new eyes & philosophy to ENGLISH football. + he's INVINCIBLE. That achievement will stand alone for ETERNITY. COYG. I'll always LOVE & BACK you Arsene Wenger.
What a classy man he is, personally he's given me some of the best days of my life and I'll always love him for that. The "INVINCIBLES" season still hasn't been equalled so he is an absolute Legend. Thank you Arsene!!
I started to follow Arsenal because of Overmars, but it was really Mr. Wenger that made me support Arsenal fully, following Arsenal everyday, everyday until now. And, thus, the EPL. His adversary with Ferguson was also the greatest advertisement for the EPL, thus the money and so on. He was not just a football manager, he literally rebuild a club. A legend. Hope we will see more of him in the future.
Absolutely love this man, I think everyone forgets he spent most of his career managing our books, that gave us the platform for today. I'm convinced he would have cleaned up with a bigger net spend. He worked miracles and took a lot of stick for failings in the boardroom yet remained loyal to the end.
I’m the gym, tearing up! Not a good look, but the love we have for this legend is off the charts. He gave us THOSE nights!! Unbelievable man. Love you, Arsene.
It's nice being able to adore him again. Arsene admitted he'd stayed too long and the departure wasn't nice or dignified but very much needed. Hail arsene wenger once again
really emtionally, i almost cried when Professor said about the old time, when he face off many difficulties to build the stadium and had to sell out his best player everyyear but keep holding top 4 everyyear. i wish Mr Professor can stay in Arsenal and talk to the Player and encourage them after the match. Love to see that !
I am an overseas supporter. Been supporting Arsenal since 1983. Lucky to be able to visit the Stadium a few times, but only saw one live game. To me, seeing the Stadium built (metaphorically) by Arsene is like a pilgrim to me. Hope that all supporters would be able to visit and watch the game live at least once in their lifetime.
An Arsenal hero with such humility. People didn't realise how deep it hurt him the way he left Arsenal, the fact that he loves our club so much yet he only came back twice in 5 years, shows how hurtful this place is for him
Finally, the greatest Arsenal manager was rewarded with the statue that will be at the Emirates Stadium forever, which is the place he built. I'll have to go there again in the future and see his statue.
Love you Arsene!! Thank you for everything you did for the club, wish the supporters had shown you more support when you needed it most. Always carried yourself impeccably, such a true legend! Always speak with passion, integrity and intelligence! ARSENE WENGERS RED AND WHITE ARMY!!!!

A great man. My all-time favourite manager!!
Arsene is by far the biggest club legend. Seeing and hearing him talk makes me feel so nostalgic and emotional. Not even Thierry is comparable
He's the most phenomenal coach I have ever seen!!!!
Unbeaten run in EPL and UCL was the most fantastic achievement he did at Arsenal fc!!!❤❤❤❤❤
Just respect and love for he man. A dreamer and a builder... Good ethics and good football. Thank you Arsène!
What a classy man he is, personally he's given me some of the best days of my life and I'll always love him for that. The "INVINCIBLES" season still hasn't been equalled so he is an absolute Legend. Thank you Arsene!!
Absolute legend. Thank you so much Boss. We love you Forever.
U deserve more Arsene. You did Arsenal great, and made him invincible. We all love this club, and will always support.
You have chosen the right club, support the right club.
Love this man from bottom of my heart
Absolutely love this man, I think everyone forgets he spent most of his career managing our books, that gave us the platform for today.
I'm convinced he would have cleaned up with a bigger net spend. He worked miracles and took a lot of stick for failings in the boardroom yet remained loyal to the end.
Brought me to tears. This is a beautiful club. Let’s honor it, as far as we can do so.
Hail arsene wenger once again
the legend that is Arsene Wenger. Thank you sir. Arsenal fan now for 50 years and will be til the day i take my last breath
really emtionally, i almost cried when Professor said about the old time, when he face off many difficulties to build the stadium and had to sell out his best player everyyear but keep holding top 4 everyyear. i wish Mr Professor can stay in Arsenal and talk to the Player and encourage them after the match.
I love the fact that he calls Arsenal as 'we'. It's so heartwarming.
respect from Manchester United fan .The greatest Arsenal manager of all time , great person . all the best to you sir Arsene Wenger 👏
Arsene your achievements in football and business are astounding. Much love and respect from a lifelong Arsenal FC supporter.
Wenger is a great manager and one of the best managers, his legacy never dies he is my hero 👏👏👏👏👍😀😀
Listening to him now just makes me like him so much. An arsenal legend indeed.
Arsene Wenger, a wise man and a football Icon!
Everything I watch speak about arsenal tears can't stop flowing in my eyes..absolute legend of my club❤
Thank you, boss, you made me love this club.
When Arsene speaks, football listens. A generational leader who’s impact with leave a legacy at the emirates for years to come.
I'm so glad he's been able to come back to the stadium and club he built. The greatest Arsenal manager of all time and always a legend!
