I went on Thursday and I got to ride Valhalla the park was dead and the big one is still my favourite it always has been it was walk on on most of the rides and it’s was really good I love Blackpool

The thing is I've been going to pb 50 years, and what I love about it is because its a family park, it would break my heart if they tried to change it into a theme park, my son and daughter love big one, icon etc been on a hell of a lot, but still love the smaller rides like Wallace, I agree when you say people are trying to make the big one look like its breaking down all the time, it doesn't deserve that
I think it’ll always focus on family and thrill

I have to be honest guys I have never done Big One so very well done for doing as many times have you have. As you touched on I don't get the stories of some of the media these days, I guess they have nothing else to do or write about.

Twins where on about 14,800 when we seen them last month. They stay in the same B&B as us so we are always Gabbing to them 👍🏻

Steeplechase :I went on that when it first opened.All you had was a lap seat belt to hold you on and you leant forward to grip handles.The turns were quite scary and threw you to the side.I was sitting behind my little sister who was 8 at the time we both loved it.Looks different now.
It’s still just a seat belt but with more to hold onto

In fairness to Avalanche, either last year or the year before, it wasn't even open until July due to works on it. So I wouldn't worry too much at the moment.

The twins said yesterday they've rode the pmbo 14,400 and something times to date.

@SWC very regular guests at pb, they attend almost every day and carry a little notebook with them marking off every ride on the pmbo. They ride it constantl on every visit lol

I was at BPB this weekend end of April and everything was a walk on. They were also running Valhalla rehearsals. The staff we’re expecting Sunday to be busy but was empty. Any idea why?
Too expensive, and a Sunday in May is usually quiet

Great vlog as always, 1 thing it's nice to see is you guys slating operations at PB, 1 train is never acceptable on any ride if it had 2 or 3, good to see you guys be honest now about PB since you've distanced yourself from them, keep up the good work
To be fair I think even as Club PB/PBE we were always very honest, but thank you. The ride staff are not the issue, the conditions they’re given aren’t great (ticket scanning, poor capacity etc)
saw you guys and the sidemen there on the friday 😂 and ofcourse the park was quiet which is always a bonus

I was there on Thursday and it was pretty much walk on. Interesting was that there was a lot of building work being done behind the old 3D cinema behind the amusements. Any ideas?
I think there’s big movements coming in that area
I've had two brake run evacs off Big one this year, but prior to that only one lift hill evac many years ago, from about 20 or 30ft. That's in thousands upon thousands of rides on it
Red train is awful on Nash, always find that one throws me around the most
It was a real disappointment how bad the Grand National was on Friday 😭

I went yesterday Sunday 30th and all the rides there was basically no queue normally for icon it about 45minutes but it was a walk on
It has been very quiet lately
Ice Blast could do with being replaced by a more modern drop tower.
Love to see a big Intamin gyro swing in its place
Was there yesterday.was worried about the weather on the way up the m6.abit cloudy when we first got there but by dinner time it was okay.had a brilliant day.

Im still in physio for my back after going on the grand national last Sept! Never again. Was fine down the front then went on nearer back with my sister. Cracked rib with bruising and muscle / skeletal injury. No back probs before! I guess it was at my own risk but jeeezo its brutal. Coming down in june but will give it a miss!
Surprised to read that, I’ve rode it 100s of times including between cancer treatments in 2015/6 and never been injured. Speedy recovery.

I like Avalanche, but not enough to queue for hours! Hoping the rumours are untrue.. 🤞🏻 Also, every time you mention e-ticketing my blood boils!!! I really see no need for it. Bring back the good old fashioned Tally Counter or even paper wristband if keeping track of rider numbers is that important!? 😤
The ticket scanning is a pain, it really needs to be scrapped

They never run three lanes unless it’s a peak day
Do you still have to pay for enso not been since it was added?also can I ask for a wristband instead of using my phone?
Enso will always be an upcharge, and eTickets replaced wristbands

Hey Scott and team, is there any news on Gotham City Escape yet? Can I just ask you where you would recommend for accommodation in Madrid that would be a good base for getting out to Parque Warner. We are looking at the area near the South Bus station as I see there is a bus going from there and you can buy a combined bus and park ticket there. We are going over in July for a Monday to Friday trip and hope to do 2 days in the park. Thank you. ❤
Hey Audrey no news yet but I believe it will open this month. I recommend staying at Hotel Sercotel Princesa de Eboli, which is in a place called Pinto. The bus ride to the park is about 15 mins from Pinto, a taxi 10 mins and the hotel is close to Pinto train station which is easily accessible from Madrid airport 😊

I replied to those articles a number of times, explaining that that's the ride safety features doing exactly what they're supposed to do. It's embarrassing how "journalism" has become click-bait nonsense, establishing facts no longer is a part of journalism, which is a sad reality of the SEO crazed world the Internet operates under (as a Web and social media admin, this annoys me)
It’s frustrating isn’t it? One of the “outlets” regularly asks me for comment but I don’t trust them, so I tend to avoid giving them anything to misquote me with.
