Yes if they let her speak long enough to say that it might've made a difference. But they cut her off generally in 2 1/2 seconds or four seconds, I think it takes five seconds to say what you said.

I've just wasted 4 hours of my life watching someone from the Secret Service being questioned by the government itself and not answering a single real question, just constant dodging. Also, she doesn't seem to care much about the fact that she is going to be fired very soon... From now on the only responsibility she should have is flipping burgers at McDonalds.

Her first answer told me that this is going to be like every other person brought before a committee where they never actually answer anything. They’re never held accountable and they get away with it such a waste of taxpayer money to keep having these questions and answers there’s never any resolution.

She didn't exactly dodge any questions as much as she did not have any solid answers to much, yet. They have created an atmosphere where there is very little chance of being able to state one thing and then later fix what you have said when more information comes out. If you pay attention to the discussion, they actually compared the assassination attempt on Trump to other mass shootings, emphasizing that it's a significant problem needing nationwide attention. It's questionable to compare an event that's supposed to have stringent security measures, such as metal detectors and restricted rooftop access, to other mass shootings.
This is the world full of “Second Amendment solutions” Republicans seem to have wanted, isn’t it?

There is absolutely NO INDICATION that they stopped and questioned a "suspicious person". and people who are familiar with Secret Service protocol call that very odd. Someone needs to inquire about the 9am meeting on the day of the Rally that allegedly The Secret Service did not attend. Who made that call if it occurred and were there any other rallys where this occurred? If in fact some or even a lot of the Secret Service agents were replaced, would make not attending this meeting even more suspect.

This whole thing could have been condensed into a single hour, perhaps into 15 minutes. Politicians are there trying to get TikTok famous and the head of the Secret Service doesn't know anything yet. They could have had a preliminary hearing with prewritten questions to avoid repeated questions and then go at whatever is left. They could also have set the hearing to a schedule where the director would state that "Now we know what happened exactly. Let's have our hearing."

The roof has exactly the SAME SLOPE as the roof that the sniper who successfully neutralized the shooter was set up on, the buildings are constructed nearly identical. In fact, the slopes on BOTH roofs are almost flat! Its not like it was a 12-12 steep roof, anyone could do cartwheels across that roof, you could land a helicopter on that roof, you could almost land a plane on it, it was a huge open space DEVOID of ANY security measures at ALL.
She feels no remorse all she cares about is her paycheck. What a shame.
