She is highly trained and competent; at avoiding accountability and answering clearly posed questions. She protecting herself and her circle.
She clams up every time she is asked to give specific names, even getting the titles of the directors at the FBI she spoke to was like pulling teeth. She's incredibly suspicious and I hope a full investigation is launched into her communications. I don't know why she's not held in contempt for her outright refusals to answer basic facts she should know the answer to.
She is not ""competent"". She knew Jill to get the job. She said: ""I have a timeline that does not have specifics"".

She did not earn it, and there were probably hundreds of applicants who were more qualified for the job. And I am very much leaning to the possibility that this was an inside job.
