My family is Canadian and loves lobster (myself included), so congrats on doing well with the lobster - especially for keeping the lobster in neat chunks while extracting the meat! I do have a couple suggestions for if you want to prepare lobster again: - Put the lobster's head in the water with intention - that's how you quickly and humanely kill the lobster, so you don't want to prolong it by hesitating. - The legs and knuckles have meat in them, too. It's not a lot compared to the tail and claws, but they're the more succulent and sweeter parts of the lobster, so definitely worth saving! The legs can be squeezed like a tube of toothpaste to remove the meat, and you deshell the knuckles just like you do the claws. Great video as always, and keep up the delicious content! (P.S. if you ever want to try a true Canadian classic, toast a hot dog bun in butter and add lobster tossed with butter and/or spices. Voila, super simple and tasty lobster roll! You can also use a lobster salad (lobster, mayo, celery, and whatever spices you feel like) for the version found in fast food places or the Northeast United States. Either version is delicious!)

Of course, if you ever have more than one opportunity to visit Brazil, I recommend you go to other cities and regions, as each place has its own special dishes.
