Charlie Hopkinson is a comedic impressionist, impersonator, voice guy, whatever you want to call it who specialises in voices from current television shows and films. His standup is a character act about a retired maths teacher, his standup set includes impressions of Sir David Attenborough, Robin Williams, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Peaky Blinders, Tommy and Arthur Shelby and Gandalf from Lord of the Rings.
Always looking to update my roster I look to try out subscriber suggested impressions in the impressions challenge series before honing the best ones. Recently I have added Peaky Blinders and Marvel / Avengers characters to my arsenal!

Low Budget Animation - Stickman sketch remakes of Iconic Tv shows and movies.
How to do Impressions - An audience lead tutorial series where I attempt to pass on my Impressions knowledge.
Dubs - Comedic dubs of iconic scenes with new dialogue, (My Peaky Blinders and Lord of The Rings dubs have grossed over 6 million views on Facebook)
Standup - Clips from Standup sets I have performed over the last year.

I started learning impressions in 2012, at the age of 20. You can follow my full impressions journey in my new ‘How to do impressions’ tutorial series
After graduating from the University of Warwick in the summer 2013 he took 4 months out to concentrate on RUclips videos full time, including producing his most viewed video to date ‘Morgan Freeman and 40 other impressions’ with just over 12 million views. This foray into being a ‘full time RUclipsr’ was cut short as he went travelling for 3 months before starting a 2 year teaching Graduate scheme with Charity ‘Teach First’.
While teaching he has performed in and narrated the 4 episode series ‘Lookalikes’ as Morgan Freeman. The show and the narration received a positive reception. The show aired on Channel 4 during the prime time slot of Friday 10pm for three weeks. It is now currently available on Netflix. Charlie also performed with other well known impressionists for an unaired pilot.
Charlie has worked for several prominent brands in relation to their products, including google and formula 1.
Since the summer of 2016 Charlie has once again dived into the world of RUclips, for the first time producing content on a weekly basis. He is also focusing on live performance; he has performed in live venues a total of 3 times to date.

This might actually be my favourite channel on RUclips right now…it’s so spot on it legit feels like I’m actually watching Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon reacting to their lives in the Jedi Afterlife.

My only minor gripe is sometimes they seem unaware of things they definitely should know based on other things they *are* aware of (and the order in which they learn those things in canon). Just feels a bit weird sometimes.
Then again I can't think of any specific examples right now, maybe I'm the one who's getting my canon confused.

I am so addicted to these massively talented videos. I'm not sure how much goes into making them, but I have an imagination. I love how the two are chilling like a couple of underemployed college graduates in their danky apartment. It just makes the whole thing so much more hilarious.

among the "Darth Jar-Jar" fans, there is an explanation why Darth Jar-Jar is not cannon.
When the first prequel came out (episode 1) George Lucas took notice of the fan backlash and changed Jar-Jar Binks from a sith lord to ... the Jar-Jar we have. George lucas even said that the prequels would rhyme with the original trilogy. Who would be a counter to "Crazy hermit" Yoda? Crazy exile Jar-Jar.
I know of JAr-Jar's ending, and I found it to be extremely sad.

I was never sure there was nearly enough evidence for the Jar Jar theory but I always thought it was neat and might actually have worked if done correctly and I could also see George dropping the idea immediately after the backlash Jar Jar got.

Is "I will do what I must" also an absolute? Because I added the Sith line because I realized I got the wrong absolute, but they both seem like it.
And I'm realizing Anakin did a lot of that. "I won't let this one become real," for example, along with "Someday I will be the most powerful Jedi that ever lived."
