I worked at the watch Factory for many years when it was called panametrics. I used to take my breaks looking over the River and looking at wonderments of the turtles and Flora and Fauna whilst having a smoke.
Grew up in Waltham… always hated it in the 70’s-80’s…. Moved away for college….. in retrospect miss it tremendously….was a really great place to live… unfortunately priced out now…. Would love to go back… the grass isn’t always greener….
The number 70 bus goes from Waltham to Central Sq Cambridge where you can also pick up the Red Line subway>> OR you can take the communter rail to Porter Sq Cambridge and it's on the Red Line as well
My son who is a student in Texas has got an internship offer at Waltham for three months. Middle of June to middle of August 2022. He just needs a room with an attached washroom. Is anything like that available there and what would the rent be? Are sharing apartments available there? Looking forward to a reply. Thanks.
I am moving to this city looking for a welcoming church to congregate, I am a musician My favorite instrument is double bass I want to help in whatever it takes for the kingdom of God to be announced

@Brianog Totally!
What's the best, quickest way of getting to Cambridge to/from Waltham on public transportation? Commuter rail from Porter Sq.?

@@watchcity2068 Thanks. I won't be moving to MA this year, but next year remains a possibility.
Awesome!!! Well done!!!
Thank you so much, bluewolf19z! 😀
Love this!
Thank you, Leah!
Do you have any information on rental units? I’m trying to find what the typical price is for a one bedroom. Thanks!
I will look it up for more precise number but usually $1700-$2000, depending on the apartment condition, Dominique
Dominique, I checked, you can find smaller 1 bedrooms, under 500 sq ft for less than $1500.
@@BostonAreaHomes thank you! That’s really helpful! I’m moving to Waltham this summer and this video provided so much terrific information!
@@dominiquewilburn5596 glad to be helpful!

moody street restaurant row should named rip-off row. The food is way over priced
Isn’t that everywhere, though? Restaurants have become crazy expensive in the last 2 years.
