    Totally relate to the addictive personality looking for what feels good and wanting that instant gratification AJ. I've gone up and down 100+ pounds in my life a few times and have always been a "feast or famine" type eater. Still seeking that ever-elusive healthy balance in life but we get better as we go with honest intention. I heard somewhere, there's an 85/15 rule. Do the right thing 85% of the time and let yourself live a little bit 15%. Again, I'm still trying to navigate that balance. One thing I know is there is nothing that feels as good as knowing you are doing the right thing. Keep pushing brother. Thanks for the inspiration!

    I also try to make it so that the good choice is the only choice. I feel like that's helped me but it's working so far, but it is definitely a struggle, especially when you've spent most of your life forming bad habits. Glad to hear you found something that works for you dude!
