You wouldn’t know how to fix the whip of the ads right? Like when I go to ads on an enemy the animation throws me off and sometimes whips far away from target. (Most of the time actually) I have my settings turned down for the most part. I don’t play on fast sens cuz I like to be accurate for the most part.

I enjoy sprinting and reloading with my Launcher when combating chopper gunners and vehicles to avoid getting wrecked so sprint cancels reload is a big no-no for me.

Yo guys, one setting you might want to change is clicking the eject button when you turn on your console. Confirmed 100% still working after the latest patch
People don’t understand that you need a relatively slow ads sensitivity, it should be no faster than an enemy strafing sideways from about 10 yards away, it makes it so much easier to make corrections and get headshots. Don’t try to play like a pc player, they can be slow and fast at the same time. Slow down, and improve your aim then slowly speed up until you reach that fine point
You already get enough slowdown from "aim assist." You need to be at least a touch faster than an enemy strafing otherwise you'll never catch up to them.
Absolute game changer, I am pretty precise in call of duty especially in modern warfare. I could not figure out why in this game my aim was just off most of the time. I change the dead zone setting to its lowest factor and completely got my am back on track. Thanks so much for the help

The spawns are really weird in hardpoint. More than once I have spawned in the enemy's line of sight, or spawned nest to an enemy. Once I was even being shot at...
Crossroads has terrible spawns. Both you and the enemy can spawn on the same side across from each other. I love hard point but the spawns on a lot of the maps don’t feel right.

I spawned and enemies spawned behind me. The spawn flipping is too aggressive in objective modes, so it’s not just you. The end of the beta was perfect and things seemed consistent.

When I saw this video I was like "ok just another clickbait cuz it won't help, but anyway it does no harm to watch" Guess what, after adjusting my deadzone I aim at others way more precise than ever! The mp5 is not really an issue for me, it will get slightly nerfed eventually but it's not even the best smg in ttk at the moment. The m16 and aug need to be nerfed into the gound tho...

Another tip: If you're one to have Automatic Sprint enabled, lowering your Left analog sticks MAXIMUM threshold lower than 99 (mines on 50) gives you an extreme advantage in your sprint response time. Night and day difference for me and my buddies personally.

I’ve been trying to gold the Type 63 since launch and any time I kill somebody using an MP5 I’m apparently the sweat. My KD is higher in this game at launch than any other Cod in the past, so I don’t know where the argument is that the SBMM is any worse than before.

I rock a 5/5 and .7ADS on Xbox series X with a 2.88 KD. I tried for weeks on higher sens 7/7+ and just couldn't get my aim right, if you're struggling drop that Sens down and don't worry about spinning around because you're already dead if the player is half decent.
It doesn't work for me as i have big hands and back buttons therefore my fingers naturally fall on the triggers. I tried but it makes very unconfortable to press the back buttons while aiming/shooting.

Wouldn’t a manual airborne mantle behavior be more beneficial? There are many times where I jump around a corner and I mantle mid gunfight when I don’t want to.
So this was night 2 playing for me. I play exclusively FFA. Last night I felt I was losing a lot of battles I felt I should have won. I'm fair about it when I lose a shootout - if they have better attachments, gun better suited to our firefight etc. But even with that in mind, I was getting a bit annoyed. After making some tweaks based on this video, even though I had some L's tonight, I felt I was hitting shots A LOT better and I was definitely getting more kills and wins. There was more consistency overall in my shooting game. Turns out my dead zone setting was 4 as well. All I need now is for the devs to nerf the MP5. Its like training wheels all of these players are just too scared to stop using. For me I'm enjoying the FFAL and Aug and getting some great traction. We'll see how the Bullfrog does! I can't play without vibration on, it feels weird, like I'm not actually shooting. Also, the fact that (at least in MW), when you shoot a suppressed gun the vibration is softer, makes the gun feel a lot better, like the recoil is actually lessened
I run Bumper Jumper Tactical, Flipped (L1 & R1 to L2 & R2), with Inverted Vertical Look enabled. I'm done buying Scuf controllers so I switched to Bumper Jumper Tactical a year ago. Been running Inverted Look since Goldeneye. I think my friend had it set that way. Strictly sniping, I lowered my sensitivity because of the minimal aim assist slowdown in this game for sniper rifles. I'll move it back after I'm used to it. I adjusted the deadzone to 5 first thing. For years I canceled reload by sprinting but now run auto sprint so I'm not replacing controllers every 3-5 months. I Y-Y to cancel reload, which takes more time but I've gotten used to it. Glad I didn't mess with the response curve in MW. I was afraid the next COD wouldn't have it.
@@Psycho_Raged then you're probably pretty decent and are used to fine tuning your aim. Whereas the bad players just spray and pray while the game does all the work for them.
I don't know if this will help, but I feel like the aim assist usually fights you when you ADS and are tracking behind an enemy trying to get on target (kind of like what Ace showed in his video on the subject). To avoid this, I've been trying to get more precise with lining up my crosshair on the target before aiming down sights. This seems to avoid the problem, although YMMV.
@@jblaze18 Yw but forgot to say that u should gradually up the low zoom to 0.9 once ur up at 9-9 sens as well, works wonders for me and was the best transition I made since I rush a lot and want to be able to turn on ppl quick, also use the micro flex sight it helps a ton! And good luck :)
I wish I could like this game but the more I play the more I realise how disappointed I am with everything about it. For a game that costs £60 and is supposed to be released for the next gen console it is unforgivably bad
I got Kontrol Freeks for the first time because I was getting prepared for the onslaught of SBMM in this game but I was having a ton of trouble with them so I took them off. Changing the deadline settings was an absolute game changer for me and I’ve never felt like I’ve been able to aim better.
Sorry to hear that. With how insane the tracking is for aim assist in this game, it might not have been the game to try and learn it against controller players.
Welcome to m&k homie. A tip inhave is get a bigger mousepad and try a lower dpi on your mouse to start off. Makes small aim adjustments and flicking easier
I agree with this, thankfully I have an elite controller so I have my vibration setting super low so it doesn’t mess up my aim. But it’s noticeable enough to where I’m getting shot
Zombies is fun if you have good teammates that arent stingy when it comes to doors. Know how to move, how to revive how to basically play zombies in general and not rage quit as soon as they die. 8/10. Would be higher if I find better team mates. Multiplayer is decent. 6-7/10. But cannot compete with MW2019 in anyway possible. Anyone who says otherwise you should go back and play ps1 as it is better suited for them. Summary the games decent. But so not 2020 standard. Cannot compete with MW hell no.

Best controller settings: 1- close the app 2- hover over the game and press the options button 3- click delete and get this terrible piece of garbage off your console
@@SaifSKH what do you mean, the modern warfare launch was ass, there was no mini map at all, claymores were insta kills even with eod, 725 was a sniper, m4 and mp5 were better then every other full auto weapon in the game, time to kill was so damn fast which made camping so much easier to do, ghost always worked even if you stood still unlike other cod games (which it still does btw), there was and still is no ninja perk so everyone could hear you stomping everywhere which meant that you could stay in one spot the whole game and get more kills then rushers, your character used to have loud voice lines that told everyone (your enemies and your teammates) your location, and the maps were so shit, shoot house is the only good map.
I think you're better off learning to YY reload cancel instead of sprint canceling because then you're stuck not being able to move if you play on auto-sprint which is another very good setting to use for movement.

I’ve set my deadzones to 5 which has improved the finer movements a lot but it’s really the in-built aim-assist that’s to blame because a lot of times I try to adjust my right analog to point at the enemy but it just won’t budge like there’s an invisible wall around the enemy. Devs need to fix this ASAP because it becomes really annoying.
Also for PS5 users, turn off those trigger effects/haptick feedback in the console setting when you play multiplayer. If you do it only in CoD's settings you will notice it still kicking in, albeit only a little & only when you are almost fully pulling the triggers.
I noticed this too and it made it very difficult to play. I'm hoping it's a glitch because I do enjoy using the feature in other games and it's annoying that you have to turn it off and on in the system settings
@@samoaben2 yeah they should have it as a quick setting in maybe the XMB accessibility or controller sub menu to quickly toggle it because it is really cool, but not in a competitive situation.
Lowering that outer deadzone basically alters your response curve making your aim even snappier. I moved mine down to something like 80 and found that I actually had to reduce my sensitivity down by 1 or 2 because of this. But now my aiming feels fucking phenomenal.
Personally, I highly recommend changing the "Attack Vehicle Control Mode". It allows you to shoot in an opposite direction than you are moving in. It provides SO much more control than default.

adjusting my deadzone was the most beneficial thing I did. Having it on 20 by default it wack. I run a 2-3 now and it's so much better

'sprint cancels reload' is not good for when you need to start sprinting to get out of a sticky situation. Getting good at YY cancelling is the move.
Maybe it's a legacy thing but I completely prefer YY it's just more effective and feels better than putting you in a quote on quote sticky situation.

We need a breakdown on how useful dead silence is and whether it completely counters the field mic.
It doesn't. Ive tested it in customs. The radius is smalling but if you sprint near a field mic it still picks you up even with ninja 👎

For me, being able to reload while sprinting is much more important than being able to cancel the animation
Yeah I just double tap Y or weapon switch to cancel.
You can still reload while sprinting you just gotta sprint first then press reload

I can't play without vibration on, it feels weird, like I'm not actually shooting. Also, the fact that (at least in MW), when you shoot a suppressed gun the vibration is softer, makes the gun feel a lot better, like the recoil is actually lessened

I run Bumper Jumper Tactical, Flipped (L1 & R1 to L2 & R2), with Inverted Vertical Look enabled. I'm done buying Scuf controllers so I switched to Bumper Jumper Tactical a year ago. Been running Inverted Look since Goldeneye. I think my friend had it set that way. Strictly sniping, I lowered my sensitivity because of the minimal aim assist slowdown in this game for sniper rifles. I'll move it back after I'm used to it. I adjusted the deadzone to 5 first thing. For years I canceled reload by sprinting but now run auto sprint so I'm not replacing controllers every 3-5 months. I Y-Y to cancel reload, which takes more time but I've gotten used to it. Glad I didn't mess with the response curve in MW. I was afraid the next COD wouldn't have it.

@@Psycho_Raged then you're probably pretty decent and are used to fine tuning your aim. Whereas the bad players just spray and pray while the game does all the work for them.
I don't know if this will help, but I feel like the aim assist usually fights you when you ADS and are tracking behind an enemy trying to get on target (kind of like what Ace showed in his video on the subject). To avoid this, I've been trying to get more precise with lining up my crosshair on the target before aiming down sights. This seems to avoid the problem, although YMMV.
Recommend 99 fov and 6-6 sens with 0.7 low zoom, then gradually up the sens to 9-9 for snappy shots and ofc dynamic.

@@jblaze18 Yw but forgot to say that u should gradually up the low zoom to 0.9 once ur up at 9-9 sens as well, works wonders for me and was the best transition I made since I rush a lot and want to be able to turn on ppl quick, also use the micro flex sight it helps a ton! And good luck :)

I wish I could like this game but the more I play the more I realise how disappointed I am with everything about it. For a game that costs £60 and is supposed to be released for the next gen console it is unforgivably bad
I got Kontrol Freeks for the first time because I was getting prepared for the onslaught of SBMM in this game but I was having a ton of trouble with them so I took them off. Changing the deadline settings was an absolute game changer for me and I’ve never felt like I’ve been able to aim better.

Sorry to hear that. With how insane the tracking is for aim assist in this game, it might not have been the game to try and learn it against controller players.
Welcome to m&k homie. A tip inhave is get a bigger mousepad and try a lower dpi on your mouse to start off. Makes small aim adjustments and flicking easier

I agree with this, thankfully I have an elite controller so I have my vibration setting super low so it doesn’t mess up my aim. But it’s noticeable enough to where I’m getting shot

Solid 8/10, biggest problem I have is sniping, it’s so damn slow and every other gun is better, also sbmm
Zombies is fun if you have good teammates that arent stingy when it comes to doors. Know how to move, how to revive how to basically play zombies in general and not rage quit as soon as they die. 8/10. Would be higher if I find better team mates. Multiplayer is decent. 6-7/10. But cannot compete with MW2019 in anyway possible. Anyone who says otherwise you should go back and play ps1 as it is better suited for them. Summary the games decent. But so not 2020 standard. Cannot compete with MW hell no.

Nowhere near true, MW was a way more finished and polished game and had way more content on launch
@@SaifSKH what do you mean, the modern warfare launch was ass, there was no mini map at all, claymores were insta kills even with eod, 725 was a sniper, m4 and mp5 were better then every other full auto weapon in the game, time to kill was so damn fast which made camping so much easier to do, ghost always worked even if you stood still unlike other cod games (which it still does btw), there was and still is no ninja perk so everyone could hear you stomping everywhere which meant that you could stay in one spot the whole game and get more kills then rushers, your character used to have loud voice lines that told everyone (your enemies and your teammates) your location, and the maps were so shit, shoot house is the only good map.
I think you're better off learning to YY reload cancel instead of sprint canceling because then you're stuck not being able to move if you play on auto-sprint which is another very good setting to use for movement.

I’ve set my deadzones to 5 which has improved the finer movements a lot but it’s really the in-built aim-assist that’s to blame because a lot of times I try to adjust my right analog to point at the enemy but it just won’t budge like there’s an invisible wall around the enemy. Devs need to fix this ASAP because it becomes really annoying.

Also for PS5 users, turn off those trigger effects/haptick feedback in the console setting when you play multiplayer. If you do it only in CoD's settings you will notice it still kicking in, albeit only a little & only when you are almost fully pulling the triggers.
I noticed this too and it made it very difficult to play. I'm hoping it's a glitch because I do enjoy using the feature in other games and it's annoying that you have to turn it off and on in the system settings
@@samoaben2 yeah they should have it as a quick setting in maybe the XMB accessibility or controller sub menu to quickly toggle it because it is really cool, but not in a competitive situation.

Lowering that outer deadzone basically alters your response curve making your aim even snappier. I moved mine down to something like 80 and found that I actually had to reduce my sensitivity down by 1 or 2 because of this. But now my aiming feels fucking phenomenal.

Personally, I highly recommend changing the "Attack Vehicle Control Mode". It allows you to shoot in an opposite direction than you are moving in. It provides SO much more control than default.
