Curious how Ingebrigtsen would fare in the World championships. He doesn't seem to enter them.
The East Africans are just in a different league really. Like he doesn’t enter them coz he wouldn’t have a chance
@@samgamez9907 He would surely be competitive but winning or even ending top 5 might be a hard task. The reason he doesn't enter isn't that one though. It's because it fucks up his indoor season and he needs to randomly fly to australia, get jet-lagged and so on (there are plenty of reasons not to go). If it was somewhere in europe he would definitely enter if it wasn't too close to the indoor championships. If he cares more about track, he should do track. Pretty simple

Jakob is so sturdy, his body doesn't get jolted at all by the changes in topography. Great core strength and hip girdle...one of the solidest strides I can remember. He's like Peter Snell with long distance physiology.

A 1500 m requires a huge aerobic base with an anarobic peak on top
@@DrDeepstack Thank you. And he also does 3000 and 5000 metres as well. As well as 5k and 10k on the Road. Standard for most middle to long distance runners.
I don’t see a single knee compression sleeve. How do these guys keep their knees intact?
slowly increaisng intensity and mileagy over the years and good recovery keeps you injury three also if they have knee problems they don't race haha so you don't see them and if they do a knee compression sleeves won't help much either
The human body has evolved over millions of years to be damn good at running... and believe it or not, without the aid of knee compression sleeves! haha
What do you think running makes knee weak no it makes them stronger.
