I use the exact same technique on my monitoring chain. I use a free plugin called ISOL8. It helped me tremendously in hearing, for example, how much kick there is in the mid band, the stereo width of individual frequency bands, or how dynamic each area is, in my reference tracks.

I just wonder how he makes this Ozone 4 trick.
i Know ozone 4 has Snapshots to Make Match eqs on finish Tracks ( this is Not the Bild Plugin that can make this), But he cut out Kick/Bass from existing tracks and make a snapshot from this and compare to his Kick/Bass ? Thanks for the Interview !
