Top 3 Camping Spots In NSW. If you're planning a camping trip to NSW, here are three of the best campsites to consider.
Beware, there are two Pebbly Beaches listed in the East Coast of Australia. In the "how far section" of Pebbly Beach in the video, it suggests the distance is 305 kms. The Pebbly Beach, Yuraygir National Park, I show in the video is up past Coffs Harbour, nearer Red Rock and in fact is 593kms from Sydney.
Choose between two beach campsites or a wilderness campground surrounded by massive cliff faces. For as little as 50 cents a night your bush getaway is less than two and a half hours from Sydney. In addition to your getaway, you might choose to tour the historic slate mines nearby.
Pebbly Beach Campground - Located in the Murramarang National Park, Pebbly Beach Campground is known for its resident population of kangaroos that frequently visit the campground. This beachfront camping spot is a popular choice for families, offering the perfect balance of outdoor adventure and relaxation. Facilities at the campground include toilets, picnic tables, and barbecue areas.
South West Rocks, really, just ask around, everyone loves SWR.
