Thank you so much for posting this - from another fellow ETer. It’s not easy to expose oneself this way and you are a brave and beautiful woman. So few people know about the most common movement disorder in the world.
Thank you so much for your videos. They have really helped me. I have ET and you have taught me so much.
Thank you Nan, much love from a fellow ETer! Take care of yourself🥰
Thank you Nan, Also fellow ETer. Best of luck
Greetings from South Carolina! Thank you for all you do. ❤
Thank you!!!!!...another felow ETer..I pray to God to enlighten scientists to find the cure...God bless you and all who suffers this condition!!
Thank you. I’ve had it since my 30’s and I’m 49 now. I have my first neurology appointment next week. Mine has progressed slowly but it’s getting to where I need some type of treatment. I hope the best for you.
Propranolal helps. And a healthy eating diet. Foods good for the nervous system. Drinking alot of water. Getting vitamin d from the sun
And don't drink coffee or smoke ciggerates
As Jane mentioned, Propranolol is very helpful! Just beware if you have breathing issues: I have asthma and discovered that Propranolol constricts the airways. :(
I love you❤❤❤❤
So sorry for your trouble, there is a treatment available... Focused Ultrasound may be an option. Insightec.com for more infor.ation.
Even iam suffering from ET now iam 22yr old
You should try a straw for drinking may help. Plus have you tried medication to ease symptoms beta blockers?
Is it ET or PD ? It looks like PD
Incredibly insensitive and wildly off the mark comment. Do you have ET or PD? Are you a doctor?

I have ET since high school. I'm not a doctor.
It’s ET. There are different severities of ET.
