interesting video! I am taking the ViaRail from Toronto to Halifax next summer (so essentially the opposite of what you did).
Bit of advice, and from reading the comments I can tell you've gotten this a lot and I know you are a beginner with videos and filmmaking, but for the future I would strongly recommend going back and watching the film and adjusting the volume as you see fit in the audio section to keep all the audio as similar as possible. Telling you this because this is a very informative and even interesting video for those who like travel vlogs and for those (like myself) who are looking at travelling by train/viarail, but having to adjust the volume every 2 minutes is not something anyone is really keen on.

An interesting journey and scenery. I know you were doing it as inexpensively as possible, but for that length of time I would have done one leg in a sleeper cabin.
You spoke softly and the music was very loud, and when I got tired of turning the volume up and down I shut off the sound and missed some of your narration. No music at all would have been a better choice.

I totally messed up sound mixing.Honestly had no clue, how to do it?.From comments and suggestions i learnt over the period of time and trying to improve on that front. I really do appreciate your comment . Hopefully once this pandemic is over ,i get to do more travel to bring more videos.Thank you again.Merry Xmas & Happy holidays to you sir.

@@amitb9719 Mixing the sound is a skill you will learn over time. In some travel videos, the ambient sounds rather than music will add interest. A year from now when travel is safe, I'm sure I'll see more of your travels. And a Merry Christmas to you!

Nice video but I chose to watch most of it without your narration in order to keep from having to constantly turn the volume up and down.

Someone got that to my attention as well.As I am a novice youtuber didn't realise that music can be annoying when transition happens from narration to music.I sincerely do apologize for that.In my newer videos i am keeping music volume level down.Thank you for the feedback.I really do appreciate that.

the music though... it's not good. It's so generic and distracts from the visuals. I think you did a good job but that happy acoustic track makes me want to stop watching. I really like how you documented the journey. Nice pace and nice to see you as well as where you're heading

Thank you Molly, i am just a travel enthusiast.I tried the best with available resources.I will keep in mind about keeping background music at lower level.I am not a professional in audio video editing. Don't have much of a audio collection.just using from my iMovie library. Hopefully I shall find better music collection without copyright issues .

You might have compared prices of economy and getting a roommette where you can sleep on a bed during the night. Also curious to know how much you saved by using a hostel in Toronto. I didn't even know Toronto had one.
