True message
വചനത്തിലേക്കു കടന്നുവരികയും ജ്ഞാനവും വിവേകവും പ്രാപിക്കുകയുമാല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു വഴിയും വിശ്വാസികളുടെ മുന്നിലില്ല. ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വേദനയെക്കുറിച്ച് ഇപ്രകാരം എഴുതപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു: "യാഹ്‌വെ സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗത്തില്‍നിന്നു മനുഷ്യമക്കളെ നോക്കുന്നു; ദൈവത്തെത്തേടുന്ന വിവേകികളുണ്ടോ എന്ന് അവിടുന്ന് ആരായുന്നു. എല്ലാവരും വഴിതെറ്റി ഒന്നുപോലെ ദുഷിച്ചുപോയി; നന്മ ചെയ്യുന്നവനില്ല, ഒരുവന്‍ പോലുമില്ല. ഈ അധര്‍മികള്‍ക്കു ബോധമില്ലേ? ഇവര്‍ എന്റെ ജനത്തെ അപ്പംപോലെ തിന്നൊടുക്കുന്നു; ഇവര്‍ യാഹ്‌വെയെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നില്ല"(സങ്കീ: 14; 2-4). പ്രവാചകകാലത്തെ പുരോഹിതരുടെ അവസ്ഥയിലേക്ക് ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ വൈദീകര്‍ എത്തിച്ചേര്‍ന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.
യേഹ്ശുവാ ഈ ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് മനുഷ്യനായി കടന്നുവന്ന കാലത്ത് ഇസ്രായേലിലെ പുരോഹിതരുടെ അവസ്ഥ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ വൈദീകരുടെ അവസ്ഥയെക്കാള്‍ അല്പംകൂടി ഭേദപ്പെട്ടതായിരുന്നു എന്നതാണു യാഥാര്‍ത്ഥ്യം! എന്തെന്നാല്‍, അവര്‍ ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ (മ്ശിഹാ) പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചിരുന്നു! തങ്ങളുടെ ഭാവനയിലുള്ള ക്രിസ്തുവിനെ അവര്‍ക്ക് യേഹ്ശുവായില്‍ ദര്‍ശിക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല എന്നതായിരുന്നു അവരുടെ പ്രധാന പരാജയം. എന്നാല്‍, യേഹ്ശുവായുടെ പ്രത്യാഗമനത്തെ വിശ്വസിക്കാനും ഉള്‍ക്കൊള്ളാനും കഴിയാത്തവിധം അന്ധകാരപൂര്‍ണ്ണമായ അവസ്ഥയിലാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ വൈദീകസമൂഹം. ഏതെല്ലാം വിധത്തില്‍ ദൈവത്തെ നിഷേധിക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കും എന്നതാണല്ലോ സെമിനാരികളില്‍നിന്ന് ഇവര്‍ക്കു ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പരിശീലനം! അതുപോലെതന്നെ, മ്ലേച്ഛതയുടെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ അന്നത്തെ പുരോഹിതരെ കടത്തിവെട്ടുന്ന പ്രകടനമാണ് ഇന്നത്തെ വൈദീകര്‍ നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ഇടയന്മാരാല്‍ നയിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ആടുകളുടെ അവസ്ഥ ഓര്‍ത്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് യേഹ്ശുവാ ഇപ്രകാരം ചോദിച്ചത്: "എങ്കിലും, മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്‍ വരുമ്പോള്‍ ഭൂമിയില്‍ വിശ്വാസം കണ്ടെത്തുമോ?"(ലൂക്കാ: 18; 8). ഇങ്ങനെ ചോദിക്കാനുണ്ടായ കാരണം അന്വേഷിച്ച് മറ്റെവിടെയും അലയേണ്ടതില്ല; ഇന്നത്തെ ലോകത്തെയും ക്രൈസ്തവസഭകളെയും നിരീക്ഷിച്ചാല്‍ മതി! "നിസ്‌സാരന്‍മാര്‍ മുതല്‍ മഹാന്‍മാര്‍വരെ എല്ലാവരും അന്യായലാഭത്തില്‍ ആര്‍ത്തി പൂണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. പ്രവാചകനും പുരോഹിതനും ഒന്നുപോലെ കപടമായി പെരുമാറുന്നു. അവര്‍ അശ്രദ്ധമായിട്ടാണ് എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ മുറിവുകള്‍ വച്ചുകെട്ടുന്നത്. സമാധാനമില്ലാതിരിക്കേസമാധാനം, സമാധാനം എന്ന് അവര്‍ പറയുന്നു. ഹീനകൃത്യങ്ങള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ക്കു ലജ്ജ തോന്നിയോ? ഇല്ല, തെല്ലും തോന്നിയില്ല. ലജ്ജിക്കാന്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് അറിഞ്ഞുകൂടാ. അതുകൊണ്ട് മറ്റുള്ളവരെപ്പോലെ അവരും വീണുപോകും. ഞാന്‍ അവരെ ശിക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ നിലംപതിക്കും-യാഹ്‌വെ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു"(ജറെ: 6; 13).

Very productive discussion 👏👏. May God bless you both! Its encouraging to see people who really care about our soceity!! I understand the concern from Chechi coz I also have teenagers .. Being a Psychologist and a Mother; Chechi, you sound so knowledgeable and genuinely concerned. But see Chechi, Sunil Brother has to start somewhere and he needs to get the attention of our brain washed people because God opened his eyes to see a messed up christianity among us. Philippians 2: 13. "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. " His language might be a little harsh because he's frustrated but he means well. ( Disclaimer: by the way I don't know Sunil Brother or his team at all. But you can read someone's heart from their speech just like i can hear your heart for young people Chech). Sometimes we raise our voice to our kids when they don't obey what we tell them only because we love them and we want the best for them. Brother is getting the righteous indignation which Jesus, John the Baptist, Paul, Peter even Apostle John and most of the old testament Prophets showed in their ministry. When we read some of those books in the Bible especially Jeremiah n Ezekiel etc.. its harsh scolding to a backslidden, God's own people! Its literally scary because its a call for repentance. Rapture is at hand and this cleansing is absolutely necessary. Hell is a reality and noone teaches that anymore. Eternal life or eternal death: its our choice per Holy Bible. Matthew 13: 30 Jesus said "Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn." So there's a big separation between the wheat and tares is coming. So let's exhort each other to repent. None of us are perfect, I definitely not am...some of these preachers started good and godly but the money, power and fame blinded them. They are God's children too...someone should alert them, blow the trumpet....
Triune God Almighty, forgive me if I sound self righteous because after all these trials in this world I don't want to miss out that eternal life with our precious Jesus, our LORD, our Saviour and our Master..... He walks with us, talks with us and guides us....I love Him and trust Him....He's the one promised us to be with us until the very end of ages. Let's pray that Holy Spirit enlightens the hearts of all our kids, fill them with agape love....
Chechi most of our kids in our community whether they are Christian, Hindu or Muslim, they are very smart, way smarter n discerning than us. Thank God they encourage critical thinking in the modern soceity. Lets hope it does good more than any harm. God wants a generation who want to follow Christ whole heartedly not coz of some traditions and fear of going to hell. Each one of our kids is unique! Lets teach them our convictions but let them take an educated decision so they have a strong conviction about their faith. Then no matter who says what, they will follow Christ until the very end.
Chechi, let's look at the other extreme for a second:where all our kids are watching how easily they can get fame,money n power like these people. Do we want that?? We want our kids to walk in truth and humility please God (not people) also to work hard n earn. These values they should know. We should teach them. We don't want them to focus on getting millions of followers like the money hungry leaders and enjoy being the idle of hero worship. This channel helps them to hear the constructive criticism so if one of our children choose to be a Pastor or a Priest they know, they have to choose carefully and discipline themselves to not to fall in to these traps set by the devil. Because love of money is the root of all evil. That's the strategy of devil. We need money to survive but not earning it at the expense of the poor, needy and sick.
Whether Sunil Brother says it or not either way our kids can see through every fraud person because they have the facilities n faculties to research on any subject unlike all of us growing up. But the problem we need to address is that majority of religious parents make their kids to conform to the traditions are helpless. They are not allowed to think for themselves. Remember they are unique creations n God Almighty gave us free will for a reason. He doesn't want to force anyone. Our Jesus is a gentleman, He stands outside and knock. If we open the doors of our hearts, He will come in.
Chech, your kids will be fine❤️. Don't worry, look who they got as their mother😊. Like you said all these broken people go to these leaders but eventually they get exploited financially and sexually. So rest assured I believe and pray Sunil Brother and team will do their best to balance in exposing the fraud and bringing out genuine people in every denominations.
Chechi , i love psychology and every psychologist n psychiatrist who helps people. Now in 2022 mental health is still stigmatized even with our 100% literacy!!!! What an oxymoron, right?
Chechi I encourage you to start a channel for young kids because God put that desire in you. I am sure God will use you to educate some younger generation. All of you Psychologists are doing an amazing work!!! Through the many, back to back trials and tribulations finally when I got burned out few years ago I took some therapy and it helped me tremendously. I wish every young woman and man understands that there's no shame in getting the help they need whether it's mental, spiritual or physical. We have to nurture an environment where they can share it freely, unashamedly...the only way is to respect them as individuals and unique creations not just as an extension of our unfulfilled self. Appreciate the trouble that you have taken to write this lengthy post in English. It shows the concern you have, too, for the situation faced by youngsters in post-modern Christian living.
Problem description is half the problem solved. Merely telling the truth in today's world creates a niche for oneself. Therefore, although the decay amongst the clergy is known to all, there is hardly anyone like Sunil who is bold and committed enough to speak up for the larger good. I am not in denial of this fact.
But, it is also necessary for Sunil to find ways to encourage the Christian communities, in Kerala and outside, to develop a positive confidence in Christ. Brain-storming on this aspect would help in my view. Additionally, highlighting noble Christian souls (past & present) like Late Prof. M. V. Yohannan, Late Sadhu Kochoonju Upadesi, Rev. Fr. T. J. Joshua, etc. would also help. Other than a primary dependence on the Holy Bible, reading good books like 'The Way of the Ascetics' by Tito Colliander can also be relied upon to have a personal relationship with Christ.
As well-wishers of Sunil and the Christian community at large, we also have a duty to route Sunil's energies in the positive direction too. During baptism, for the infant being baptized we say - "I Reject Satan, I Accept Christ". That is - merely saying I reject Satan does not help; accepting Christ and the means to do so are also important aspects that need highlighting.
For the sake of the larger good, I am sure that you and I can do with a better version of Sunil than the present one. 😀

I don't know about you, but i don't think I have the ability to attract a large crowd or means to do it. My calling is to do personal Evangelism for now and I hope n pray to stick with it by His grace🙏. Taking care of my family, providing and teaching for my children, helping to take care of our 4 parents(not perfectly...but), presenting Jesus Christ as The One and Only Savior of the whole world, the soon coming King who cares about each and everyone of His creations and the details of our lives.... I do talk to people i meet, give pamphlets to many and pray for anyone who needs it (not pushing them to accept the good news or else....not that type of evangelism. .. sometimes i get rejected, cursed at sometimes etc...(but i don't mind because i know He's the one saving people, not me😊) or feed a homeless person if i see one or give my time to comfort someone in need or call or go visit a sick person or give them a ride or listen to someone's heartache without any judgment and no overt advise or most importantly me just being me and make my children, friends n coworkers laugh in this stressful world etc....to mention a few. I am very content with it at this time (or should i say i have to be )for now n at this season and i will stick with it for now.
This morning i had to drop off my car to fix the breaks, a Chechi from our community looked at me through her car window for sometime, when I smiled she opened her car door and said jokingly " i didn't recognize you initially but when i saw " Jesus loves you " on the car , i knew its you"🤭. We laughed together! I am just trying to say that we can do lots of good works daily to glorify God. Person with 5 talent let him earn 5 more, one with 2 earn two more... as long as we don't bury it, our God is pleased!
He's not unreasonable! Jesus never traveled so far....Israel, Palestine, may be some other nearby places! We have start at Jerusalem ( Acts 1:8) which means closer to where we live.
I just thought to mention my experiences so if anyone reads who are disappointed about not having an opportunity to help people or proclaim the Good News. You can think about some of these simple ways to glorify God and do His will. Everyone doesn't have to be on the pulpit. Now a days no one is in pews because everyone is up there on the pulpit 😂😂.
Lots and lots going on in my life right now that i can't commit myself for anything larger than my current capacity. What Achan said yesteday in this channel was 100% right when he said "because people are busy, they do not have time to stop n think after all the responsibilities with their family n work. They just go n worship because they understand they need God! But even if they see the corruption they don't have the luxury of time to address it". Very wise assessment regarding the growth of these many mechanical followers.
Since Sunil Brother has been given this great vision to bring people back to reality and encourage them to stay away from abuse, I say we support him. It doesn't look like he's after money in my observation and this is the exact leadership/voice we need at this particular period. Also its not a one man show, he has a team and he is engaging with lots of people from different back grounds... then scholars and laymen... men and women... I think he's creating an awareness among older believers not youth. Because he knows they are smarter than we think. So if there's any damage its only to the ego of our older generation!!
Yes, his language could use some improvement and may be balance a little more with stories on the good side of it( which I am sure, he will focus on in coming days since he promised to this Chechi).
But I have to admit though you need to have extreme guts to stirr these beehives!!
I love that! It's easy to be gentle and forgiving but it's hard to stand out and scold... and God forgive me but I do enjoy some of these phrases like " udayippu, nighties, night time ministry, blessing with hands ministry, dravyadasan etc..." 😂😂. Its just the equivalent of phrases Jesus and Prophets used! Yes, that's what majority of them are!!! He's just calling it out as it is!
Everyone has their individual style, this is his style. I don't think and hope he won't say stories unless he has evidence because there's legality involved with a news channel i imagine. We are soooo used to the Christian cliche and "Christianese" that we can't accept or listen to people who speaks a little harsh although we know it's 100% true!!
You have to get a crowd's attention before you can start preaching. Now whether people support this or not, people are eager to see what's he going to say next. I am glad he got the attention!! God knows our hearts n intentions, our God is not a man. So I don't think he'll be punished severely by God because he exposes the bad apples! Plus my Brother, we have millions of good channels if we need to hear the Word of God,we don't have to make this another one of those. Matter of fact, way too many are preaching, teaching and interpreting Bible at their terms. James 3:1 "My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation."🙏🙏.
In Jesus's ministry even after the great Sermon of Mount, if you look at Matt 5 through 6 , he's directly addressing n correcting certain issues before even He starts teaching even how to pray ( The LORD'S prayer). He had to clean them first before He filled them. And my Brother you and me, we know, cleaning is always painful, it's hardwork. We see samething in Isaiah,although consequent chapters are filled with promises; in chaper 1 the prophet is lashing out at Israel not even with an intro. Matthew 9:17 Jesus said "Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved."
Let's be patient and give Sunil Brother an opportunity as we see his intentions are not to harm people but its a call to wake up and think. When you want to wake someone up then we can't whisper....it will sound like a lullaby and they will sleep more comfortably🤭🤭.

They are learning and growing n conforming to Jesus. But we can very well discern their anointing and commitment.
He's exposing the ones who knows the real Word of God, yet perverting it for their own benefits whether it's for name, fame, money or power.
For example: I love gardening, when I start weeding out I may pull one or two good plants out. But I will plant it back after when I realze. So I say let's address the giant issue not the sensitive crowd who gets offended for anything n everything. If anyone is doing missions according God's will, they will get rewarded no matter who says what! He will restore their names if they were defamed. Because our God is faithful, He has the final say🙏.

Anyway, there is always a risk of throwing the baby out with the bucket water. Meaning, when stirring up the wrongdoers in the church, the need to realign the churchgoers towards Christ cannot be overemphasized. While I may be extremely infrequent in going to church due to lots of personal problems that I am addressing as of now, I am not in denial that churchgoers need to continue doing that - while also finding ways to navigate through in the journey of life like a duck skimming through the surface of the water without getting wet. Having communion with fellow Christians who are focussed on Christ with noble intentions is definitely a worthy endeavour. As such, the practice of Church-going should not get dismantled through such criticisms, for example.
It is to ensure such things, including the need to uphold the sacraments that were laid down to us by our spiritual fathers, that I mentioned that simultaneously providing positive inputs (rather, repeatedly contrasting it with the wrongdoings too) is important. In addition to the Holy Bible which is available to all as a source of inspiration and personal guidance, reliance on good books like "The Way of the Ascetics" by Tito Colliander which our fellow Christians could be encouraged to read for developing a personal & intimate relationship with Christ.

I do agree that the churchgoers have to continue it and its essential to the soceity even. So that the morals and fear of God is reinforced. But going to a church and just sitting there is not the christianity that Jesus's meant. The lost/ the harvest is on the streets and we are so comfortable in the 4 walls of a building showing off our gifts to each other. Hence the growth of such cult leaders. In 2019 I had immense inspiration of the Holy Spirit to resign from all my positions at my local church including teaching n coordinating. Now i go to church, worship my God with all my heart, receive The Word and i come home. I am focusing on my walk with The LORD and street evangelism. I do connect with you about the mechanical aspect i mean the auto pilot of our services. I am glad we talked. I will pray for you. May God bless you abundantly to bring people back to maturity in Christ!

The Chapters in the book I referred to are short; in fact, not much longer than your messages 😊. As such, you can read them in less than 5 minutes at a time. The point that we are orbiting around our egos thereby being unable to put Christ at the Center of our lives, that is mentioned therein, is very valid in today's post modern world. After all, Christianity without Christ at the Center is futile for achieving Eternal Life. I am as much guilty as most others - which is why we need a course correction. The book I referred to is an additional tool for this purpose.

When father drinks or smokes in front of their children, what moral right he has to advise his son or daughter to stop drinking alcohol or to quit smoking.
If the parents don't value spiritual life ,how can they encourage their children on spiritual life.
Many parents market themselves in front of their children by showing their income profession and lifestyle and never share their problems in front of their own children.
There are counselors and psychologist whose family and family life itself is disrupted .Their personal life where there is no discipline. Just because they took the profession of counseling or psychology, they display a different way of life. Infact many such counseling people wear mask and live double standard.
The old generations would really be knowing ,that many of the old people or the senior citizens never had counseling, but lived and learnt life through experience and wisdom.
It's only these days that counseling, pre marital counseling all came.
Still there are disorders and lifestyle behaviour problems among the present generation.
