I think as a man he came back to talk about the situation and he was a paying customer why not...sometimes you have to step out of the norm to handle situations to accommodate your customers...I think he was very calm...my 1st problem is that seats should not be saved
This!! He got in that car with his wife and saw that hurt. He had to come back. Can’t fault a man for wanting to make right for his woman. It’s obvious Darious and his crew have never truly been in love.

He will never be on the food network. The food looks nasty. His food can't touch chef Tone Tony Blake. The man did nothing wrong!! The man said that his wife set this up. I would not use anyone that he recommend. This man is ignorant. What restaurant has he been to and they don't accommodate their customers? Good money for crap.
I saw that Darrius was petty as hell to not let that couple sit together for their Anniversary. He was scared to talk to that man he thought he was going to get got. Those ladies was a hot ass mess.

I would've taken those two seats that were being held. Bump that. Holding seats is not "right" or "fair".
Right is right, when you get to be seated as you arrive. Don't nobody want to hear a seat is being held when it's open seating. Doesn't make sense

Honestly, that couple should have been allowed to be seated in those two seats. The couple that saved the seats for their late friends should not have happened. To keep this from happening in the future, do not allow anyone to save seats. I hate going somewhere and a jacket, purse, plate, etc is placed at an open seat for someone who is not even there presently.
This man's approach was very respectful. Darius could have avoided this. All Darius had to do was speak with the man. Darius escalated the situation. These people should have stayed out of it. I see nothing wrong with accommodated him and his wife. If you have 30 people, you should have 30 seats. As a "business man" why is he even showing this video. Michael Symon, Emeril, chef Marcus, would not have shown this video, not only that, they would have accommodated them

I love Darius but this could’ve been handled better. The dinner was over they were just talking amongst each other. He came back to talk about the situation and was respectful said excuse me and everything . Also to defend his wife that was sad about their anniversary surprise was spoiled over seating. If it was first come first serve it should have been honored they were there first. He apologized about how it escalated a little and a lot of these women tried to amp him back up. I still think professionally darius could’ve stepped aside for a brief talk & invite him to a future event.

Darius is actually not wrong in this situation. I work in banquets and catering for some years. These type of events are like a production. Everything is timed and rehearse. He probably Would have been able to accommodate had the gentleman waited until he finished his set. He would have had to stop the production to accommodate one guess versus those that were there on time. That is not the standard.
Darius is so messy it’s sickening ugghhhh all for that nasty a$$ dog food! I swear I can’t wait til his scamming a$$ is canceled. That man came back to speak very calm & respecfully but of course being the extra drama queen that he is made it worse than what it had to be
