It was over when you told him (on Live) that the servers said they weren't working until they got paid 27 minutes before opening - while yall were waiting from them to come back from McDonald's

This lady mentioned a lot of these same things when I came in Sunday mid-day. I think that lack of communication on both parts with certain things were missed. I don't think Shantel is innocent as she is being picked a part by ppl that don't see Darius doing anything wrong!

I believe they weren’t assigning the servers to more than 1 table because of how there were managing the walk-in list. Many times there were empty tables inside yet no one outside could get a seat.
This interview didn't uncover anything that wasn't already said. Only difference is she had time to perfect her responses. What she isn't saying is how SHE demanded the gratuities by saying the servers are refusing to work until he paid it. Knowing the contract stated he would pay them to her and she would include it on their next check. He walked out because they didn't want to work. In the video, looked like they didn't say that, Shantell did. Also, she did NOT have bartenders like she stated. Cory wasnt there for that but he jumped in. She was to seat people (run FOH). Why was noone seated outside? That's the reason he told her ask people to get up. LaQuinta was only there to help. She jumped in because it wasn't being done right.

One thing Darius did that he plainly should have was be on live!! I watch Saturday and Sunday and her words are not adding up. Take responsibility for your failures and you keep saying he rented the space like he needed to come to Sanford and make money, you called him for help.
