The Expansion kit comes with new arm, elbow joints and leg pieces that fixes the issue with articulation (i.e. it will have a wider leg spread etc...) //:). I'm doing the same thing too... MG V2 ver ka plus the Assault Buster Expansion kit :)
I heard the Assault Buster expansion set comes with parts that fix some of the issues with the arms and shoulder. I might come bac to this but so far I'm feeling uninspired.
@@ReggieSmith101rsmith first time im hearing of that. im interested in Assault Buster expansion, even though it's P Bandai, as i kind of want to take apart my V2 Ver Ka so I can paint it too
Maybe try giving the V2 Assault Booster a try; It comes with new parts for the arms that fixes the looseness of them. If you get the whole package instead of the expansion pack it will be gold coated.
you should cut it a break in the articulation area. What you should really be thinking about this kit is that it was amazing that it was a model kit that was meant to be transformed into jet fighters from the ground up and be giving the engineers some big thumbs up for getting it this far.
I agree with those in terms of transformation. It's up there with Double Zeta in having a MA mode that works with advanced engineering, however it's hard not to criticize the lack of articulation when Wing Proto Zero can transform and be a great poser.
As it's present I agree, but I'm hearing the Assault Booster pack comes wit parts that fix the elbows and shoulders. I might pick it up next month and give it another chance. On its own the V2 Ver Ka is a no go for me or anyone unless they can do mods or have great patience.
I hear the MGs from Mobile Suit Victory Gundam are quite finicky to deal with and that the HGUC versions is better. Perhaps Bandai could make RG kits for the Mobile Suit Victory Gundam series and engineer them to be more sturdy?
You didn't show off the shield BTW.
Having built the MG Assault Buster hopefully you were able to get your hand on the expansion pack because it fixed so many of the issues

I'm hoping to pick up the expansion set in July, I might even plate the yellow to a chrome gold.
omg im so sorry you had to deal with this kit. its one of the toughest kits ive built, although it does look pretty darn great. good review btw!

If you can do it I say go for it.
This was my first kit ever. I really want to get a new one so i can give this kit justice

@@ReggieSmith101rsmith i just got it ordered some time ago. So I'll be excited to build it again.

Love the gundam and hate the mg of it. The 1/144 hg is better.
Ken Mitchell sadly I have to agreed with you.

@xxnike629xx I heard you still spam wishlists and hoard boxes. Perhaps you should stop them and build your kits instead?
@xxnike629xx build your fucking kits and stop incessantly selling to people that get tired of your two-face act
