I see you had some trouble getting the oil filter element out of the housing, did you just pull it or was there a special technique? Mines being a right stubborn bastard and I'm scared to apply too much force 😂
I just did that job on Sunday and spend 30minutes trying to take it out gently, then I read on some fora that it needs force and I stuck a screwdriver and got it out by force.
Great video - useful to see how knackered that exhaust mount was - I've got a slight knocking coming from my 206 now that I'm hoping I'll resolve with the same fix. Keep it up with the useful content and let me know if you've got any tips for things to look at when getting slightly uneven power at low revs.
Technically, it does require periodic calibration. However, the torque spec for cars has slight contingency. So long as you aren't mistreating the torque wrench then it should be okay without.
Thank you Tom
Great video Tom, it's a great inspiration for me as I want to be a Mechanic when I'm older.
Thank you very much! I really appreciate that.
