Looking at these ult it clear the problem is how little lingering frames there are for characters look at how long sasuke has to say “begone” vs any boruto character ultimate which give them proper time frame to emote. Heck even Naruto rasengan at the end of baryon mode barely has time to say the thing.
So just Sasuke, Naruto and few characters have new specials? Many of these characters have the same movesets and Ultimates since Storm 2 which was thirteen years ago. The other half have the exact same movesets and Ultimates from Storm 4... They at least, literally the very least, they could do was to give the Adult characters era version of them a proper ultimates and move set, and they still failed to do that. It's just new skins.
If they they can’t updates movestes for all the characters they could’ve just updated for the main characters like itachi madara all from of sauke and Naruto from teen to grown kakashi pain etc but yeah cc2 are lazy asf

1:07 this is one issue I’ve been hearing, the dubbing. It just… doesn’t match. The voice sounds like he’s saying it happily, implying that he should be smiling and giving a quick wink at the camera. The voice line would have been a very easy fix. He’s supposed to sound brooding, serious.
Really only 4 minutes of new stuff. They could’ve give new movesets ults etc. and there is some characters from boruto that still can come but they won’t be free I’m guess those cyborgs I don’t watch the show
