Definitely file a complaint. That’s extremely rude and inconsiderate of them. What if you were allergic to dogs?

Thank you! My kids be running crying from the dogs and they just laugh and they don’t do nothing about it and they be acting like they chasing after the dogs but really they don’t move fast enough and I don’t be liking that .
