Doctor i wantet to start pcp therapy for my shoulder with cartilage damage 3 ( not bone on bone)
But the doctor tell me for me its not helpfull because i have mechanical problem in my shoulder.
They day the head of my bone moves back direction outside of the joint socket , i had an accident 2017 what caused the problem.
The head of my arm bone is on the last 10% of the joint socket, thats why they say no pcp injection can fix my problem,
What can i do to become the head of the bone back to to mid of the joint socket ?
Pls help im only 25 :(

What is your condition now? I'm also in the same situation as you. Having a mechanical issue on my humeral head after a proximal humerus fracture. I'm 35 years old and don't want to have shoulder replacement yet. Doctors told me the same about PRP but I did it anyway and will keep on repeating it every 6 months. It doesn't fix the mechanical problem but it helps with pain and stiffness a bit.

@@thanosfisherman i figured out my mechanical problem was that my shoulder muscles wad underdevoleped
I talk to my rehabilitation therapist , she said the problem for cartilage loss and inpingement in shoulder is 99% muscle disbalance .
I was at rehabilitation after surgery they give me the exercise to put the humerus head in its center, after this i startet prp and it rebuilded the cartilage.
You must find a good doctor with know how who can give you the right exercise to put ur bone its perfect position, than go again for prp and new cartilage will not be destroyed. Its a little bit complicatet, i cannot give you the exercise here because everyones shoulder is different, that can be different muscle disbalsnce.
      I hope this help you.
      (1) get Rehabilitation exercises
      (2) do prp again
      (3) atleast once a week shoulder rehabilitation exercise for the rest of ur life, 2 would be better

@@Chef_cookk Thanks for the tips. I'm also on rehab exercises along with prp and I seem to have some improvement. Sadly my mechanical issue is more serious and won't go away without some kind of arthroplasty.

I developed shoulder arthritis and I never had any accident . I was always an active person and I’m in the military . Doc says it is a degenerative issue. Only shoulder replacement can solve that . I’m 37 and in the last 2 years I lost a lot of my mobility . I think I’m gonna do the surgery .

No you should try prp and stem cells first, the clinical shoulders are for old people you cant do sports with them, trust me this will not make you happy
