my experience lvling 22 characters 1.30 hours from lvl 1 to 65 (elite + Tera rewards tier 5) only 1 if brawler 2 hours more spam macelarious (use the elite xp potion here) you can reach lvl 70 in 3 and a half hours (or about 2 hours and a half if brawler or Warrior) this using buddy up rewards (elite 2 days) and tera rewards 4 or 5 (in NA) its definitely boring doing macelarious for 2 hours but its the fastest way to lvl up Also join a maxed stats guild as early as posible since you can get 2 guildmates power lvl you on macelarious (5 mins per run = about 11 runs an hour)
Just for the sake of accuracy. Most of the original progression dungeons have been removed from the game as of the Awakening release. They add 6 trial dungeons in which the guide to each dungeon activates once a player reaches the appropriate iLvl.
This sucks bc now i actually have to play the story to level up........ I think.... im pretty new to the and and have no idea if there's any other way other then doing dungeons
This information is good for pc. For console from 20 to 65 you just do kumas royale for the most part unless you get lucky with regular dungeons. This is due to the fact that most of the low level dungeons have been set to solo only. You could get other players from 65 to invite you to their dungeons to help ease the grind tho. If you are on playstation 4 tera then get every free thing from the psn store and also you get elite membership (during the time of this post).As mentioned in the video, Tera has two different clients which also applies for console. En Masse for North America and gameforge for everything else. You cannot transfer accounts or add people between these clients nor can you send buddy up codes so keep that in mind when setting up tera.
Yeah, I only play the PC version of EnMasse TERA. I don't have a console, and TERA is too big to install Gameforge TERA as well. The console versions are all supported by EnMasse TERA, but as far as I know the console version doesn't follow the PC version, and gets their own content after the Awakening patch. So, all the information in my videos works for EnMasse TERA on PC, and may or may not work for other PC versions.

Just add information. From lvl 65, if u following purple quest till balder refuge, u can get lvl 68 instantly. From 68 till 69 spam MC like in this video explained. More efficient time i think. Im request mystery merchant, time n place theyre spawn, in your next video.
I don't know the gear you have on console, and I don't know which dungeons there are right now, so it's hard to suggest anything specific. Usually there are dungeons for endgame players that range from very easy to very hard. Typically the harder dungeons also require a higher gear level (ilevel), but that's not always the case. The matching window might also show you a star ranking for the dungeon difficulty. Start with easy things and slowly work your way up. Make sure you look at mechanics before trying a new dungeon, or ask other people. Maybe try to find a guild that you like. Guilds are a great way to make new friends in game, and to find people who can help you with learning new dungeons. You can join one and if you don't like the people there, you can leave and join another one.
From level 20 on there should always be a dungeon for your level, also I don't think it shows you dungeons you're under leveled for. Are you sure your item level is not just too low? In that case you just need to equip higher level gear you got from previous dungeon runs, use the tokens you got from previous dungeon runs to get new gear, or if you don't have either, and you're close, just enchant a piece of your gear. If it's actually your level that is too low, then try hunting a few open world monsters that are around your level, big ones preferably (bams)

4:18 the last time i joined a group in a dungeon, one of the group had a pet which grabbed all the drop's and left nothing for the rest of them and me, you will get more xp and drops if you go solo.
When you create a new party, looting is automatically set to distribute items at random (Round Robin). When the other person's pet picks up an item, the game rolls 100 sides dice for each party member within looting range (in a dungeon that's everybody in that boss room), then the person with the highest roll gets the item. So you could pick up an item, but somebody else in the party gets it. Oh also, there is a buff that increases drops for each additional person in your party, so in the end you get more drops when running with a party, especially if you're new, because higher geared people will carry you, and make your dungeon runs a lot faster than solo. For low level dungeons running solo is fine though. Besides, most end game dungeons cannot be soloed.
The hell do I find dungeons or where can I solo them because no one is ever doing a dungeon I can join? And what can I do for xp as a reaper because I have no quests when I reached lvl 59 and killing monsters give me no xp
Matching for Ebon Tower should not take too long, though it also depends on the time of the day. If you play when most people are offline, then matching takes a while. You can solo them by just teleporting to the entrance and going in by yourself (buy a scroll at the specialty store). I think you get less exp when doing the dungeon solo though. If you run Ebon a few times you should make it to 65 easily.

Hi, just keep running dungeons until you reach level 65. Start the questline "The two banquets" as soon as you get to 65., and then keep doing the story quests with purple markers.
Something that bugs me is the fact that my rested Status ends after 10 minutes or so. When I looked at my % rested it's always lower than %40. How long is it supposed to last? How long does it take to be fully rested?
Yeah, it gets used up really quickly. I never really cared about it too much, so I don't know exactly, but I think rested exp is consumed each time you complete a vanguard, or maybe when you kill a monster. Either way, it's not a time limited thingy, but action limited. And I'm pretty sure, it doesn't completely regenerate from one day to the next. Just ignore it, you should be able to level up quickly with or without it.
rested xp is a flat amount of xp per minute you are offline in a town. it acts like double exp when you kill monsters until you reach the amount of stored xp.
Yeah, it depends a lot on the time of the day apparently, and there are phases when more people are playing and other phases when there are less people. Seems like there aren't too many people actively playing at the moment. I had long queue times like that as well before. A few days ago matching was stuck at 19/20 (for cr) for almost an hour. Sometimes the matching window gets bugged and doesn't let you cancel q anymore (that's how you recognize it's bugged), but also won't find a match. In that case just going to character selection and logging back in should fix the bug, and if you q again you should get in faster.
Some of the quests may have changed, but most of this video still applies. Story quests up to level 20, dungeons until 65, and complete the important (purple) quests from 65 to 70. Also queue dungeons once you have the apex skills.
I am 68 level sorcerer. This purple quests not ending :D Especially Exodor quests. I got 65 level gear and made them at least +6 but i dont have gold anymore :D One of the quest gave 68 level weapon and one piece of armor. Killing monsters is so hard. It wasn't like this. Before the purple quests start i was always one or two shooting all monsters but now i need to at least 30-40 maybe 50-60 shoot for kill them. Any recommendation?
Yes, that is normal. They made the low level mobs very easy to kill now, so you can get to level 65 quickly. Use the level 65 Exodor Scout gear until you reach level 69, and then replace it by Dark Light gear. I suggest that you leave the Exodor quests until you have a full set of Dark Light gear, maybe upgraded a bit already. Run Macellarius Catacombs for now. That dungeon gives a lot of exp. Also check out my video about gear to learn about infusions, why Dark Light rather than Annihilation, and more.
You can enter solo, and it is possible to finish the dungeon solo, but I still recommend just using instance matching to find a party. Even if you can finish it alone, you'll probably need twice to three times as long to complete it. Spamming that dungeon is the fastest way to level from 68 to 70, but you'll have to run it a lot.
Oh nice. It drops in dungeons, but getting a complete set that way will take too long. It's better to buy them at the broker. Make sure it's Dark Light gear though, Annihilation gear has the same icon, but sorcerer needs gear with the fixed stat for magic amplification (Dark Light) rather than physical.
Use instance matching, it will find a party for you, and give you a free teleport once it's found other people. In the menu bar with all the icons, click on the magnifying glass (bottom right corner in my video). Else you can also buy a teleport scroll for the dungeon at the specialty store. I highly recommend you use instance matching though, since you get more exp while in a party.
Hmmm... hard to say since they keep re-balancing. Really it depends more on how well you play the class than on differences in class strength. I've seen all classes do nice damage, even lancers and priests, but I've also seen all classes do bad damage, so you should just play whichever class you enjoy playing most, or the one that you personally do most damage on already.
So, it does kind of suck in that there isn't a single answer, because with the difference in tanks and healers the best dps switches. Generally speaking you have the burst classes like berzerker and ninja/reaper and to some extent warrior, who have big apex skills that do a big portion of their damage, but most of the rest of the time they are a little lower than the others, the others have more consistent dps that normalize down to be around equal in longer fights, as most bosses take much longer than 30-45 seconds nowadays. So in our groups with a Mystic and Lancer, my berserker outclasses a warrior and a gunner that are both better geared than me in my guild, but if we run with a priest, brawler, or warrior tank I then start to fall behind their dps as well.
I don't actually know what advanced trial 1 is o.O The console version is different from the pc version in a lot of ways, maybe it doesn't exist on pc, or maybe I just know it under another name. You can enter the dungeon together by teleporting to the entrance, and just using the entrance teleporter. The speciality stores sell scroll to get there. I don't know if your friend will receive the full amount of exp though. Usually people just make a new character to level with their friends instead.

You can run it as duo. That's better than waiting 10 minutes for a 3rd player, however you might get more exp and loot as trio. And there are some exp boosters that stack with the elite exp boost, but I don't know which ones by heart.
As a Lv 69 Brawler its taking a while to complete the purple story. Since i'm still in Scout gear I do virtually no damage to the pleb enemies and BAMs in the story and it's really draining me.
Oh, at level 69 you can actually use Annihilation gear though. You should buy a set at the broker. Also, if you upgrade Scout gear to like +13 it's actually not that bad. If you upgraded Scout gear far enough, you can dismantle it to get feedstock for enchanting Annihilation gear (look at the description of Scout gear). Also, you really only need to finish the Exodor quests when you're ready to run Akalath Quarantine.
@@YUKATIGaming do you get enough gold while leveling from 1-69 to be able to buy the dark light/annihalation gear? cuz atleast on gameforge that stuff is a bit pricy, or would we need to put in some time to farm gold on the side to afford it and then continue towards 70? im a pleb who haven't played tera since level 65 was announced and i started over on steam yesterday so i know nothing
@@buddlust You don't get much gold from level 1-65, so it's not worth farming it until you can run Red Refuge and RK9 at least. Nowadays you can make quite a lot of gold in one day, so you should be able to farm enough within a few days max. I made a video about farming gold, maybe check that one out. I mention fishing and rewards emporium in that video, those options don't work in Gameforge TERA but the rest should work.

@@buddlust Upgrade your scout gear as far as you can without wasting too much gold. You can later dismantle the scout gear to get materials for enchanting your Dark Light gear (look at scout gear item description). You can use that gear to do the quests (maybe upgrade before doing Exodor) and run Macellarius Catacombs (best for exp), Red Refuge and RK9 (both good for gold and items). Once you reach level 69 you can start switching to Dark Light gear (yes gunner needs magic -> Dark Light). Guardian Legion quests are also worth doing. I don't have a dedicated video for that, since I talk about it in the leveling and gear videos already. I might make a dedicated one, but not sure yet.
The questline that follows the Apex one gives most exp. Also if you run Macellarius Catacombs, you get 4 exp potions after killing the last boss, which gives you a total of 1 billion exp.
Oh, I have no idea. The most modern console I have is a PS2 XD I know that consoles got the awakening patch, but after that it seems like the console version is going in a different direction. You can look at the quest log, it should show you how much exp each quest gives. And about the exp potions in MC you can just run it once to see if you get any at the end. Either way you should get exp by running dungeons for your level.
None at all? oh wow. According to the list here: tera.fandom.com/wiki/Dungeon , you should still have Sinestral Manor at level 30. Though I just noticed there is no dungeon for level 25 or 31 according to that website. I didn't notice that while leveling for this video. Maybe level up to 32 by doing vanguard quests for BAMs, or do story quests if you have any that give more experience points than vanguards.

Each of the new trial dungeons will activate one the appropriate iLvl has been achieve. 1st on unlocks at iLvl 88, 2nd at iLvl 138. Each one has a quest that activates to guide you to the teleportal. 1st one activates when you have the appropriate iLvl and then you meet an npc named Loomis just inside the southern entrance to Crescentia.
You get a bunch while doing the story quest that follows the apex quest. But you also get skill advancement exp by running dungeons, at least Red Refuge and up.
Yeah, you're referring to what I said about 3 player dungeons between level 20 and 65. Matching for 5 player dungeons can still take forever, since the algorithm usually doesn't allow any party composition other than 1 tank, 1 healer, and 3 dps. In low level, 3 player dungeons any party composition is fine, so it's a lot easier to find a party, and matching shouldn't take that long. In my experience matching for low level dungeons is a lot faster than it used to be, because they replaced the 5 player versions of the level 20-65 dungeons by 3 player versions.
There is Gameforge TERA (EU and SEA), and right now there is still EnMasse TERA (NA, but Gameforge will take over NA as well in October). Each region has their own servers, and then there are also console versions (NA and EU, both published by EnMasse right now). Whether you see Gameforge or EnMasse TERA on Steam depends on your region. I play EnMasse TERA without using Steam.

Hey, so when i just got this game yesterday and i have three characters all 15+. But the thing is i spawned in a completely diff place and i also started at lv 13. Which confuses me when i watch this video since your level 1 when you start. Would you happen to know why?
Did you play this game already years ago? I know that they changed the starting area from island of dawn to stepstone island even before I started playing in 2016. Maybe you played before that already? Or did you make all three characters yesterday or today? Usually all characters (except reaper) start at level 1.

omg i saw this too late. was 65 doing the apex quest, had no idea that i got the new armor from it. fighting that giant dragon boss before and kinda after you get apex as a priest with the gear got from ebon tower was complete torture. was wondering why i kept having trouble with the female cultist you fought twice.
Yeah I did the Apex quest on 3 characters recently. On the first two I forgot to put on the level 65 gear before confronting the dragon, it's really no fun in lower level gear. XD
O.o which one? If you open the vanguard windows (H), then click on the quest for a dungeon, it should open another window that gives you a "teleport to entrance" button. Otherwise you can also go to a specialty store in any city, and buy a teleport scroll, or use instance matching to get in.
It's rly stupid to try to level up fast, cos when you hit that end game it's over, exploration has stopped, just do daily dungeons and that's it, I think the main reason why people are quitting this game is ability to level up this fast
I mean if you prefer exploring, then you can always do that. The game only really starts once you reach endgame though. Leveling up is just the tutorial basically. You get the skills one by one, get to know some of the boss patterns, and you get used to the game UI and everything. The way to stay motivated to play games like this, is to have a group of friends in game, and to have goals. For example when I started playing, one of my goals was to have one max level character of each class, so I had to farm Character slots and Bank expansions, and then make all the characters. Another goal might be to max out your gear before new gear comes out, and to learn all the dungeons. Getting to the point where you're skilled enough to run the hardest dungeons will take a while. Also, farming achievements is a good way to explore, even at max level.
Use instance matching to find a party. This will also give you the option to enter once it found a party for you. You can also teleport to the entrance if you're trying to solo a lower level dungeon, or if you have a full party already. Speciality stores sell the teleport scrolls, or you can use the vanguard window to teleport there for free.
Questing still doesn't give enough exp between level 20 and 65. It's better to solo the three player dungeons, than to do quests. From level 58 on you just spam Ebon Tower until you reach 65, then get your level 65 gear from the quest, get your apex skill, and then run Akalath Quarantine and Abscess until you reach level 70. I leveled up a mystic on EU Mystel a couple of weeks ago, I actually got into dungeons relatively quickly.

As a test I played the tutorial island and was shocked at how the game just throws levels at you now. I'm not that interested in the lategame or getting there fast, I just want to do some nostalgic questing.
@@Skappy616 they made it easier to level, and as far as I know if you do nothing but questing you won't over level, and you will get the same gear you do in dungeons, tho from my questing experience even if you over level while questing the next quest line should compensate for the change as long as it's not a huge jump, and even if it was a large jump the quest lines are level unlocked, so you should still be fine. I just finished questing my mystic from 1 to 70 in 2days and 3hrs with elite.
Oh wow, seemed to me like the console populations were bigger than pc. I mean right now population in the NA PC version seems low, probably because the EnMasse website is almost completely down already, but for the most useful dungeons you still get in quite fast.

The reason the population maybe seem bigger is the lack of MMORPG's on consoles mostly xbox, but it would seem to me the community is kinda just already premade groups of friends. I haven't found a lot of solo players looking to matchmake into dungeons, which doesn't bother me to much i have been to solo every one i have done. Just personally think its a underlying issue i guess is what im trying to say.
You can easily solo the lower level dungeons, but for the endgame dungeons you'll need a party. Maybe try joining a guild when you reach endgame? I rarely queue anything alone. Usually other people from my guild join.

Seems like there aren't too many people actively playing at the moment. I had long queue times like that as well before. A few days ago matching was stuck at 19/20 (for cr) for almost an hour. Sometimes the matching window gets bugged and doesn't let you cancel q anymore (that's how you recognize it's bugged), but also won't find a match. In that case just going to character selection and logging back in should fix the bug, and if you q again you should get in faster.

Some of the quests may have changed, but most of this video still applies. Story quests up to level 20, dungeons until 65, and complete the important (purple) quests from 65 to 70. Also queue dungeons once you have the apex skills.
I am 68 level sorcerer. This purple quests not ending :D Especially Exodor quests. I got 65 level gear and made them at least +6 but i dont have gold anymore :D One of the quest gave 68 level weapon and one piece of armor. Killing monsters is so hard. It wasn't like this. Before the purple quests start i was always one or two shooting all monsters but now i need to at least 30-40 maybe 50-60 shoot for kill them. Any recommendation?
Yes, that is normal. They made the low level mobs very easy to kill now, so you can get to level 65 quickly. Use the level 65 Exodor Scout gear until you reach level 69, and then replace it by Dark Light gear. I suggest that you leave the Exodor quests until you have a full set of Dark Light gear, maybe upgraded a bit already. Run Macellarius Catacombs for now. That dungeon gives a lot of exp. You can enter solo, and it is possible to finish the dungeon solo, but I still recommend just using instance matching to find a party. Even if you can finish it alone, you'll probably need twice to three times as long to complete it. Spamming that dungeon is the fastest way to level from 68 to 70, but you'll have to run it a lot.

Oh nice. It drops in dungeons, but getting a complete set that way will take too long. It's better to buy them at the broker. Make sure it's Dark Light gear though, Annihilation gear has the same icon, but sorcerer needs gear with the fixed stat for magic amplification (Dark Light) rather than physical.
Where can i start a dungeon? I’m only lvl 32
Use instance matching, it will find a party for you, and give you a free teleport once it's found other people. In the menu bar with all the icons, click on the magnifying glass (bottom right corner in my video). Else you can also buy a teleport scroll for the dungeon at the specialty store. I highly recommend you use instance matching though, since you get more exp while in a party.

what is the best dps class currently in the game?
Hmmm... hard to say since they keep re-balancing. Really it depends more on how well you play the class than on differences in class strength. I've seen all classes do nice damage, even lancers and priests, but I've also seen all classes do bad damage, so you should just play whichever class you enjoy playing most, or the one that you personally do most damage on already.
So, it does kind of suck in that there isn't a single answer, because with the difference in tanks and healers the best dps switches.
Generally speaking you have the burst classes like berzerker and ninja/reaper and to some extent warrior, who have big apex skills that do a big portion of their damage, but most of the rest of the time they are a little lower than the others, the others have more consistent dps that normalize down to be around equal in longer fights, as most bosses take much longer than 30-45 seconds nowadays.
So in our groups with a Mystic and Lancer, my berserker outclasses a warrior and a gunner that are both better geared than me in my guild, but if we run with a priest, brawler, or warrior tank I then start to fall behind their dps as well.

I don't actually know what advanced trial 1 is o.O The console version is different from the pc version in a lot of ways, maybe it doesn't exist on pc, or maybe I just know it under another name. I googled it and found the reddit link below. Seems like you need ilevel 325 to enter. I don't think vanguard quests show up if you're undergeared.

You can enter the dungeon together by teleporting to the entrance, and just using the entrance teleporter. The speciality stores sell scroll to get there. I don't know if your friend will receive the full amount of exp though. Usually people just make a new character to level with their friends instead.

You can run it as duo. That's better than waiting 10 minutes for a 3rd player, however you might get more exp and loot as trio. And there are some exp boosters that stack with the elite exp boost, but I don't know which ones by heart.
As a Lv 69 Brawler its taking a while to complete the purple story. Since i'm still in Scout gear I do virtually no damage to the pleb enemies and BAMs in the story and it's really draining me.
Oh, at level 69 you can actually use Annihilation gear though. You should buy a set at the broker. Also, if you upgrade Scout gear to like +13 it's actually not that bad. If you upgraded Scout gear far enough, you can dismantle it to get feedstock for enchanting Annihilation gear (look at the description of Scout gear). Also, you really only need to finish the Exodor quests when you're ready to run Akalath Quarantine.

@@buddlust You don't get much gold from level 1-65, so it's not worth farming it until you can run Red Refuge and RK9 at least. Nowadays you can make quite a lot of gold in one day, so you should be able to farm enough within a few days max. I made a video about farming gold, maybe check that one out. I mention fishing and rewards emporium in that video, those options don't work in Gameforge TERA but the rest should work.

@@buddlust Upgrade your scout gear as far as you can without wasting too much gold. You can later dismantle the scout gear to get materials for enchanting your Dark Light gear (look at scout gear item description). You can use that gear to do the quests (maybe upgrade before doing Exodor) and run Macellarius Catacombs (best for exp), Red Refuge and RK9 (both good for gold and items). Once you reach level 69 you can start switching to Dark Light gear (yes gunner needs magic -> Dark Light). Guardian Legion quests are also worth doing.
I don't have a dedicated video for that, since I talk about it in the leveling and gear videos already. I might make a dedicated one, but not sure yet.

The questline that follows the Apex one gives most exp. Also if you run Macellarius Catacombs, you get 4 exp potions after killing the last boss, which gives you a total of 1 billion exp.

Oh, I have no idea. The most modern console I have is a PS2 XD I know that consoles got the awakening patch, but after that it seems like the console version is going in a different direction. You can look at the quest log, it should show you how much exp each quest gives. And about the exp potions in MC you can just run it once to see if you get any at the end. Either way you should get exp by running dungeons for your level.
im lv 30 but in instance matches doesn't have any dungeons, why ? i have 124 item lvl

According to the list here: tera.fandom.com/wiki/Dungeon , you should still have Sinestral Manor at level 30. Though I just noticed there is no dungeon for level 25 or 31 according to that website. I didn't notice that while leveling for this video. Maybe level up to 32 by doing vanguard quests for BAMs, or do story quests if you have any that give more experience points than vanguards.

Each of the new trial dungeons will activate one the appropriate iLvl has been achieve. 1st on unlocks at iLvl 88, 2nd at iLvl 138. Each one has a quest that activates to guide you to the teleportal. 1st one activates when you have the appropriate iLvl and then you meet an npc named Loomis just inside the southern entrance to Crescentia.

You get a bunch while doing the story quest that follows the apex quest. But you also get skill advancement exp by running dungeons, at least Red Refuge and up.

Yeah, you're referring to what I said about 3 player dungeons between level 20 and 65. Matching for 5 player dungeons can still take forever, since the algorithm usually doesn't allow any party composition other than 1 tank, 1 healer, and 3 dps. In low level, 3 player dungeons any party composition is fine, so it's a lot easier to find a party, and matching shouldn't take that long. In my experience matching for low level dungeons is a lot faster than it used to be, because they replaced the 5 player versions of the level 20-65 dungeons by 3 player versions.

There is Gameforge TERA (EU and SEA), and right now there is still EnMasse TERA (NA, but Gameforge will take over NA as well in October). Each region has their own servers, and then there are also console versions (NA and EU, both published by EnMasse right now). Whether you see Gameforge or EnMasse TERA on Steam depends on your region. I play EnMasse TERA without using Steam.

Hey, so when i just got this game yesterday and i have three characters all 15+. But the thing is i spawned in a completely diff place and i also started at lv 13. Which confuses me when i watch this video since your level 1 when you start. Would you happen to know why?
Did you play this game already years ago? I know that they changed the starting area from island of dawn to stepstone island even before I started playing in 2016. Maybe you played before that already? Or did you make all three characters yesterday or today? Usually all characters (except reaper) start at level 1.

omg i saw this too late. was 65 doing the apex quest, had no idea that i got the new armor from it. fighting that giant dragon boss before and kinda after you get apex as a priest with the gear got from ebon tower was complete torture. was wondering why i kept having trouble with the female cultist you fought twice.
Yeah I did the Apex quest on 3 characters recently. On the first two I forgot to put on the level 65 gear before confronting the dragon, it's really no fun in lower level gear. XD

Where's the dungeon?
O.o which one? If you open the vanguard windows (H), then click on the quest for a dungeon, it should open another window that gives you a "teleport to entrance" button. Otherwise you can also go to a specialty store in any city, and buy a teleport scroll, or use instance matching to get in.
It's rly stupid to try to level up fast, cos when you hit that end game it's over, exploration has stopped, just do daily dungeons and that's it, I think the main reason why people are quitting this game is ability to level up this fast
I mean if you prefer exploring, then you can always do that. The game only really starts once you reach endgame though. Leveling up is just the tutorial basically. You get the skills one by one, get to know some of the boss patterns, and you get used to the game UI and everything. The way to stay motivated to play games like this, is to have a group of friends in game, and to have goals. For example when I started playing, one of my goals was to have one max level character of each class, so I had to farm Character slots and Bank expansions, and then make all the characters. Another goal might be to max out your gear before new gear comes out, and to learn all the dungeons. Getting to the point where you're skilled enough to run the hardest dungeons will take a while. Also, farming achievements is a good way to explore, even at max level.

Use instance matching to find a party. This will also give you the option to enter once it found a party for you. You can also teleport to the entrance if you're trying to solo a lower level dungeon, or if you have a full party already. corection Questing is the best way to level now since the game is pretty much dead
Questing still doesn't give enough exp between level 20 and 65. It's better to solo the three player dungeons, than to do quests. From level 58 on you just spam Ebon Tower until you reach 65, then get your level 65 gear from the quest, get your apex skill, and then run Akalath Quarantine and Abscess until you reach level 70. I leveled up a mystic on EU Mystel a couple of weeks ago, I actually got into dungeons relatively quickly.

As a test I played the tutorial island and was shocked at how the game just throws levels at you now. I'm not that interested in the lategame or getting there fast, I just want to do some nostalgic questing.
@@Skappy616 they made it easier to level, and as far as I know if you do nothing but questing you won't over level, and you will get the same gear you do in dungeons, tho from my questing experience even if you over level while questing the next quest line should compensate for the change as long as it's not a huge jump, and even if it was a large jump the quest lines are level unlocked, so you should still be fine. I just finished questing my mystic from 1 to 70 in 2days and 3hrs with elite.

Oh wow, seemed to me like the console populations were bigger than pc. I mean right now population in the NA PC version seems low, probably because the EnMasse website is almost completely down already, but for the most useful dungeons you still get in quite fast.
@@YUKATIGaming fair enough i guess it just seems a little more dead because. The reason the population maybe seem bigger is the lack of MMORPG's on consoles mostly xbox, but it would seem to me the community is kinda just already premade groups of friends. I haven't found a lot of solo players looking to matchmake into dungeons, which doesn't bother me to much i have been to solo every one i have done. Just personally think its a underlying issue i guess is what im trying to say.
You can easily solo the lower level dungeons, but for the endgame dungeons you'll need a party. Maybe try joining a guild when you reach endgame? I rarely queue anything alone. Usually other people from my guild join.
