Good video but you didn't touch on the fact HDR is currently broken. The dark areas in the shadow shouldn't be that dark. You can fix this by playing in 120 FPS mode but the other modes (30/60fps) are currently broken on PS5 (on a HDR screen) unfortunately.
Actually the game doesn't support HDR natively and that's why there is no detail in the dark areas if you force HDR from the PS5 settings. Just set your PS5 to enable HDR only when the game supports it in the PS5 settings and play WRC without HDR.
