There probably is gap in the object your dropping the color. I would draw a circle and drop a color inside. If the color stays in the circle then you know theres a open spot in the object your trying to drop color in.
If I have two of the same layers on top of each other, one white, one black, I can still see a black line. How to fix that? It doesnt work with this. (Or I am just not doing it right)
An annoying thing with procreate, is with the animation tool. The more pixels the less frames. So if i wanna make something 1k by 1k i can only do like 60 frames 😭😭😭

u can change the paint bucket strength in settings btw, kinda helps for me

Are you by any chance working on a different layer? If so make sure to set the layer you want your color drop to fill to reference

Mistake number 3: don’t have the pen you are drawing with at a certain opacity. Having full opacity would also fix the filling issue
