Smokin' hot guitar, Brother! Anything Van Halen is cool. But I am basically obsessed with these Frankie style guitars. I've built a few of them now, and I don't know... but it seems to bring me some peace, over losing Edward. I am about to embark on another one! Your is great. You did a fantastic job on it. Subbed.
Don`t forget to make your body neck joint screw holes larger than the neck screw holes. There has to be play or you will get binding. Aliexpress parts?
Yeah it gave me a lot of problems but if you drill your holes straight and don’t break that extra wood between the hole and pickup cavity you’ll probably be good. But as you can see I haven’t exactly mastered it yet haha
Well done...want to sell it 😁 Curious to know what kind of Seymour Duncan you put in ? Have got my own Tribute Bumblebee in progress...sometimes these ''Frankenstein'' assemblies play better than a set neck or whatever. Liked the background music too. 💘 🎸 🎶🎵🎼🎧
Yeah I had it posted up on reverb but I want to make a few slight modifications to it for playability so I took it down. My Seymour Duncan says it’s a 78 model with a al# magnet type. Thank you for the comment!!
I ended up using 1 inch wood screws and threading the pickup stands to the top of the threads and probably only screwed them into the body about a quarter inch.
Nice fix on the floyd studs that blew out
Eddie's used the kind of floyd rose screws than need no anchor studs....that's why it yours blew out

Nice job man. But didn't you have notice that machine keys are not aligned with de headstock? I think that machine head are for lefty guitar players.
Those have the screw hole poking out the side, so you can’t use a straight edge on them. These all came out cocked downward. 🤘🏻✌🏼
The Floyd rose installation seemed like a pain in the butt, I’m scared for when I have to face that problem on my build lol

Great Job!!
Thank you so much!!
How do you install the pickup so that you can adjust the height?

@@shredderscustomguitars9699 thanks so much man, this gives me a great idea in how to install the bridge pup with out the springs!!!
@@teemoleague907 You can also put a piece of sponge under it if you want the springs to work.

Amazing!!
Sweet
Beautifully done Sir! Although I’m fairly sure those tuning machines are for a left handed guitar?
They sure are, that’s one of the few things I’m changing in the near future. Thanks for the comment!
Is that left players peg!!!!!
I’m not sure what you mean?
It looks like the peg is different...
Yeah I used lefty pegs. It’s what I had lol
