Great tutorial. I should have just removed the entire hub/knuckle assembly when doing my ball joints and struts. Would have been 10x easier to replace the wheel bearings at the same time.
OMD. too much disassembly. remove the wheel. Remove the axle screw. Remove the ball joint nut. Pull the control arm down and pull the axle out. Pop the hub out (slide hammer) and install new. Easy.
the pickup as you call it for the abs sensor ( proximity sensor ) it is not the bearing face it is the reluctor ring on the drive shaft , do not give wrong information
I did the same job but you didn't remove drop link is pushing that shock absorber alot,,,, shock can't go back in the same position ,,,alot of pressure of that drop link ,,wrong informative video,,,wrong
That is one trashy car undercarriage. . My 2005 s80 with 200k miles looks pristine new under carriage. Thats the advantage of arizona lifestyle...NO RUST NO GRIME ....looks almost factory new/.

NEVER use antisieze between hub and rotor!!!
It relies on the friction to not turn/twist and sheer of the wheelstuds.
Easier removal than the late models of volvo.

Never reuse stretchbolts…
You did put some greasy fingerprints on the brake pads, otherwise a nice job.
9:05 - Magic. Suddenly its loose ;-) I am sure it was a fight.... What out for the cut outs. This can be a challenge.

Your missing the the wheel bearing dust seal. SHAME ON YOU! THE BEARING WILL GET RUSTY FROM THE SEAL BEING MISSING. BEARING MIGHT LAST A FEW YEARS.
