Platelet Rich Plasma PRP Eye Drops for Dry Eye Disease Dr. Toyos lecture

Dr. Toyos is one of the leading experts in the field of Dry Eye Disease. He wrote the book, Dry Eye Disease Treatment in the Year 2020. Is this treatment suitable for dry eye if you have corneal graft in that eye? No issues with the graft but MGD in both eyes and I get fogging with my scleral lenses (I have keratoconus).
