Thank you very much Dr.Cremers for sharing all this. My doctor recommend me to do the FAB drops method because I don't have access to AS drops where I live, at the hospital they told me that they have not enough fridges for storage, 50 people on the waiting list...In a country like France in 2023, what a joke ! Doing FAB drops hurt my fingers... Anyway maybe one day I could try PRP drops.

Maybe Prp drops might be useful to any patient doing heating mask everyday, as it does create inflammation ?
And how do you know that there is an atrophy of lacrimal glands ?
