Hello Asiya, I just received my results: L=7.5, R=7.5, W=8, S=9, Overall=8. Took the exam just after 5 days of watching your videos and taking every single practice exam I could lay my hands on. Thank you! I am surprised with my listening and reading results. I think I did better. Should I request a remark? Please advise. Thanks!
You should. It's totally unacceptable to get a 7.5 on any bands at all. If I were you, I'd probably write a letter of complaint first or get a layer and file a lawsuit just to be on the safe side. 😢

This response was surprising, given that safety should be prioritized in a setting where accidents may occur quickly. It is suggested that additional staff be positioned around the pool area to monitor activities more closely. Further, it is recommended that training be provided on safe and unsafe pool games, equipping staff with guidelines to manage these situations effectively.
