What makes you think that Roger's crew were mostly so weak, there was a reason they were the pirate king's crews, don't be fooled by their appearance, in my opinion they managed this, at least between tobi roppo and first commander level, with the exception of Rayligh, coat, oden and bellet, who far exceeded this level. its all bullshit aint no way roger is that much more powerful than newgate actually he is weaker than newgate
