Not for women with curves

These seem like they could be really great snow pants. I haven't tried them out yet on the slopes, so we'll see, but be careful about the sizing. They run small. I normally wear jeans in a size 10 or leggings in a medium. So I asked whether these ran true to size, I was told yes, but they don't. These are smaller.
If you are not sure what size to get, get bigger. I ordered up to size 12, after returning a 10, and they still fit more like street pants than snow pants, so I won't be doing a lot of layering under these.
I like the design though, they are a bit stretchy which is nice. I also like the venting, to let out excess heat and they have a waistband with velcro pulls to cinch the waist. Although the waist is still too large for me, because these pants are made for a straight figure, that means no butt, no thighs. I would have to alter them to make them fit in the waist, because I do have a butt and thighs, or I'll return them again.
If I could get these in maybe a size 14 (this brand sizing) with a size 10 waist then they would probably be perfect, I think. I'm still deciding whether I should keep them... though I think I really ought to return them.
